I rented a 2BR unit from Smith Apartments for two years, and the experience was overall positive. No issues with pests, building maintenance, or major security deposit deductions. They even drove a key over to me one time when I temporarily misplaced mine.

I have lived with Smith Apartments in several of their units. Trust me when I say this is the best company in the Urbana Champaign Area. Every problem is solved instantly. The office is very easy to communicate with and they make all sorts of arrangements for your convenience. I strongly recommend Smith Apartments!
