couldn't help anything, unpleasant attitude, lack of technical knowledge of tMoble its own services. couldn't help cancel a line, i understand, but also couldn't help me to upgrade the plan i really shocked.

Big BIG shout to Bev! She is super knowledgeable, great customer service and patience. She was helping us and others at the same time. She was doing multiple things at a time and she kept smiling and greeting customers as they came in. Absolutely ? the best service ever! Thank you Bev!

I went to T-Mobile on September 19th! I was hoping to work with Tess but she wasn’t available. No worries… there were 2 other employees there. I was worried because I knew it was late but I needed a tablet for my son’s birthday. When i tell you the service was TRASH!! Guys i can’t make it up. The crazy thing is… he didn’t have to sell me anything because I knew i was leaving with an IPad. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was African American.He lacked communication & long story short he added a line on my account & didn’t even explain the plan he chose for me. He made me enter my credit card information in & billing information in… which I’m used to them servicing me & typo in the information for me. He tried ordered me a tablet since they didn’t have it in stock & that didn’t work. I ended up leaving with a line added to my account & no one to purchase the physical item I was adding a line for.I had to go to Chicago just to get the tablet & get my account figured out.Y’all, if you not going to Tess or the young lady & she has working with her… don’t go! Professionalism is big for me & so is customer service! The gentleman who worked on my account needs better training! No matter what time of day it is, your best is always what the customer should receive! If you aren’t able to deliver that… don’t show up for work!

Absolutely da best T-Mobile we’ve ever been to. Ms. Beverly is extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful.The store is clean and bright with a bench if there is a wait. But when we were there without appointment we were greeted and helped within a few minutes.Very thankful to have Ms.Beverly’s patience while processing our order since the T-Mobile site requires her to do multiple entries.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because I was tired of dealing with Verizon. Plus, Verizon’s cost for one line was exorbitant. I’m very happy with the amount I’m paying for T-Mobile. The two women I spoke with when I went in were very helpful. Jarayvion set up everything for me. He was very pleasant, and helpful. He was patient with me, I had a lot of questions, and he had me up and switched over in no time. I went back to the store the next day with a problem with my phone, not caused by T-Mobil, and Michael was also very pleasant, and he had my phone working properly in less than 10 minutes.

employee lied to me that replacement SIM card required $35 activation fee in addition to the 9.99 for the sim. was able to talk to manager who sold me the SIM for 9.99.

This is the worst TMobile I've been to, do not waste your time coming here. It's better to drive all the way across town to a different one. Their employees don't know how to do literally anything. I've been there multiple times and talked to multiple different people there about doing various different things and everytime the employees didn't know how to help me at all or do anything. The employees are lazy and stay texting on their phones and smart watches the entire time too, their customer service is trash. A 13 year old addicted to TikTok would be more helpful.

If I could give this T-mobile store 1000 stars I would. They hire the BEST staff ever with STELLAR customer service. But let me give a SPECIAL recognition to Bev and Michael! I took my phone in there on 3/22/2023 because it caught a BAD virus. I walked into the store and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Michael (who was currently with a customer). Then Bev (who was also with a customer) asked how she could help me. I went to explain to her what was going on with my phone and BAM! She knew EXACTLY what to do. She worked her magic, and my virus problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes, and I thought I was going to need either a new phone or a hard reset and I NEEDED NEITHER!! Bev and Michael, I wish you nothing but the best in life. Anyone who gets the privilege to be graced by your presence is ONE BLESSED PERSON!! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for EVERYTHING!!! ~Lucretia W.

I can honestly say that Levi Wooten has hands down given our family the best service we've EVER received anywhere! He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and always followed up with our every concern. Even when we couldn't get anywhere with customer service we could call Levi and he would readily assist us. Thank you Levi for being such a wonderful helpful person.

The customer service provided to my family and I was very reassuring that we made the right decison in switching to TMobile. The employee that went above and beyond was Levi Wooten. He followed up with me daily to ensure our service was going smoothly and to answer any questions we may have. I appreciate his willingness to explain things in detail and help in selecting the phone/plan that works best for us. I would definitely recommend this location as well as Levi to help get things done!

Called and spoke to Levi on the phone was very knowledgeable which is the reason we went there the next day to switch carriers. He and Kyra are very professional and friendly. We are also going back to get watches next. Thank you Levi and Kyra.
