Others face long waits for unloading or paperwork, sometimes several hours, and note there is no overnight parking. The facility has a cell tower on the roof to help with signal. Directions are provided on paper. Guards can give information, but one may have a nasty attitude. Unloading hours are limited, typically overnight from 9:30pm to 5:30am Sunday through Thursday, and arriving early is not advised. Parking is off to the right. While some drivers note they have been to worse places, coordination with brokers is critical to avoid wasted trips.

overall a decent place to deliver to. overnight parking, early check in. just seems to take a very long time to get unloaded. staff for the most part been decent to me. my loads have pre paid lumper.

This place deserves a five star. Appt only. Check In was super quick. Unloading took 30 minutes (dry load of rice). And Lumber was $85. Every place should treat drivers like this.

Had a 1am appointment but showed up at 8:45pm. The guard, a lady, was very friendly. Showed me where to park at the staging yard and the number to call for a door assignment. Was done by 2am and they even allowed me and others to park after delivery. Will be back
