“I’ve never rented a UHaul truck or towed a trailer before. (I’ve never even used ratchet straps!) The owner/manager at my local UHaul was patient, kind, and so helpful to guide me through the process. The staff behind the counter and who work in the lot with pick up & returns were also wonderful.”
