This pharmacy is the life stream for this corner of Urbana. It is extremely busy, but everyone who works there is sincere, polite, and always ready to work with the customer. I have multiple family members whose prescriptions are filled at this pharmacy, and I cannot appreciate it enough. Keep up the good work!

Worst pharmacy in town. Always 30 - 40 min waiting to pick up meds. No more. Bye bye

The people that work at the pharmacy do their best. I have been approached numerous times for money in the parking lot and the drive-up window. Had to leave once because someone broke the front glass between the entry doors. I think being understaffed is an understatement. We have to use Walgreens due to insurance. The CVS across the street is great and we never had issues over the last 7 years.

Possibly to worst pharmacy I have ever used, they let people wait for their prescription to be filled in the drive through line, so I have spent upwards of an hour waiting behind 3 cars before. They often forget to fill your scripts that you send in, or loose them, and are often out of stock of medications that are not supposed to be skipped. You can never get through to them on the phone unless you want to wait an hour.

0 stars if possible. INCOMPETENT AND TERRIBLE staff but some how the only one that can fill prescriptions in the area. Walgreens NEEDS to restructure these stores and employees. 30+ minute drive thru wait.

The pharmacy is dreadful. They made repeated mistakes with my last prescription, leading to weeks of delay in getting the medication. I had to call my insurance company twice (about 10 minutes, because they very clearly had their ducks in a row) and Walgreens about 6 times (3-4 hours, because they just as clearly did not), as well as making two in-person trips to resolve the issues. My average hold time with the pharmacy was 20-25 minutes. That's 20-25 minutes of listening to a computer-generated voice message which repeats every 20 seconds. There's an option to silence the hold music, but not the voice - which leads me to think whoever designed Walgreen's hold options has never actually had to use them. Another reviewer noted this problem nearly a year ago, so it seems unlikely it'll change anytime soon.As for going in person, there was never a time I saw the pharmacy without a line, usually a pretty long one.The experience of the last few weeks has been enough to make me decide to switch pharmacies; Walgreens has been my go-to pharmacy in the past, but this location just has too many problems.

Walgreens on Philo Road in Urbana online prescription order is a hit or miss every timeI just waited on the phone 15 minutes because when I checked my prescriptions one of them needed me to call with no reason given. So I called and have the most obnoxious robot telling me over and over and over that they're answering other calls not every minute but like every 15 seconds. When they finally answer I'm told It has a new number and they don't always go through with new numbers. So instead of checking their own system and making it work they made me call them weighed on the phone for 15 minutes with a robot blasting obnoxious information in my ear so I could tell them their system didn't process the new number and she would push it ahead for me so I could have it today. I know it's trouble to hire right now and I'm trying to be patient but this was too much you need to check your own system and leave my time alone.

TERRIBLE. I left the doctors and went to get my prescription 2HOURS later, 30 minutes before they closed and STILL not ready. So I come back the next day at 12PM and it’s STILL not ready the man gives me a 45 min estimate so I come back 3 HOURS LATER and guess what STILL NOT READY. That’s after I sat in the line for A WHOLE HOUR. NOT EXAGGERATING. WILL NOT BE USING THIS PHARMACY ANYMORE!

Drive thru pharmacy service is slow, unprofessional. I do not recommend this pharmacy for meeting your pharmaceutical needs.

Their pharmacist, Mena, just flatly refused to request a four-pill bridge gap for me from my mail order pharmacy, because, in his words, "I just lose money on that." Does it come out of his pocket? I've never had a pharmacist refuse to help me get critical medication. I'm absolutely stunned. We are in this location at least three times a week.

Every time I pick up prescriptions from this store I have to wait because they never have enough people working to handle the amount of customers. It is pathetic and poor management

Terrible customer service. Went to pick up photos and the lady at the register also tried to help at the photo counter, but was completely rude. Told me we needed a copyright form but wouldn't tell me what it was for and how to obtain. She was just completely rude and it was terrible customer service. Came back and talked to a manager and he helped right away. PS- don't buy a nice camera and take pics and try to print them at Walgreens, because they're "professional".... not shopping there again.
