Can never get my insurance to work. Claims it's no longer valid or can't be found "in their system" despite giving them valid insurance that I just used to go to the doctor who prescribed my medicine.

Watched a guy get hit in the parking lot cross walk. pharmacy employee watched it happen, wheen the family asked for her name to give to the police she covered her badge with piece of paper and refused to give it to them. Why though? It seemed shady. Just give the poor family your name. Cops had to actually come in and get it. Why be so difficult if you are not doing anything wrong. Makes one think.

Today, I was just about run down by a teenage Wal-Mart employee headed out to retrieve carts. I scolded him for his bad manners, and he told me to "shut up, b****** Wow. The employees here need basic training in manners and etiquette before being let loose on the floor. They need to understand that they are subordinate to all customers, and that they must yield to customers on the floor. I often visit Wal-Marts when traveling. Some are staffed with pleasant, polite people. This particular store is a nightmare - bad employees and, clearly, ineffective management.

So I'm at Walmart buying tires for my car. And when checking in they will be able to put them on they said not until Tuesday. When I spoke with them yesterday they had given me Sunday as the date that they would be able to put them on but when I came in they said they were booked up until Tuesday. There is an employee here by the name of Maryland Who is working the front desk taking my order. She checked to see if there may have been any cancellations on tomorrow but they won't she didn't looked at me and said could I have my car here at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning and I said yes. She canceled her appointment for her vehicle so that I may get mine done! Great customer service let's give them to me and I'm very appreciative. Way to go Marilyn! I thank her and I praise God for blessing me with favor! Karman is the service manager and is the most pleasant manager that I've ever dealt with in automotive! She represents the automotive department at Walmart very well!

Went to the drive thru to get medication for my daughter, told it was going to take 10 minutes for them to get medication ready and ended up waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru to get the meds. If I knew it would have taken so long, I would have went in.

Just a horrible pharmacy! I will never ever shop there again. You'd think they'd try to expedite prescriptions for sick 1-yr-olds having trouble breathing, but no! We had to wait over an hour to get her medication. My baby girl was Rx'd an inhaler for the first time to help her breathe. She'd been wheezing due to a respiratory infection. After the Rx was sent to the pharmacy, I called to make sure they received it and I explained my daughter needed her inhaler ASAP and asked how soon if could be ready. They claimed 15 minutes. My husband drove directly from the dr's office with our daughter to the pharmacy and arrived about 15 minutes later. First he had to wait 20 minutes in line, and then he was told the Rx was not ready. He had to wait further while they finished it. Then they told him the insurance wouldn't cover it! Turned out they had mis-typed my daughter's name so the insurance didn't recognize her. They didn't apologize but said they'd have to re-do everything. So my husband was pushed to the back of the line and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct the error! Overall he was standing in line at the pharmacy with our sick wheezing 1-yr-old baby for 40 minutes longer than promised. I understand pharmacies can get busy but this is a baby having breathing problems! They should know when to expedite an order and NOT screw it up, and if they do screw it up, they shouldn't make the patient go all the way to the back of the line. I am livid that my daughter was put in danger like that. The icing on the cake is that NO ONE APOLOGIZED after all that!!

I constantly get wrong information from staff members along with an attitude. They are lazy and will refuse to transfer a perscription to a different walmart if they dont have it in stock. They requested that I call around all of the walmarts in the area to see if they have it. Urbana Walmart is in charge of the perscription and it is their job to transfer it. Im just sick of people not wanting to do their jobs especially towards the end of the day.
