The pharmacy at this location sucks. Waited an hour got to the counter and found out it was going to be another hour wait. Wish employees would truly care about the customer. Will definitely be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Prescription were ordered yesterday morning shouldn't have to wait this long. Very poor service.

Very unprofessional I went to purchase a fire arm tried for three days and waited each time for 30 min for them to tell me there not going to let me purchase for whatever reason. Spent hours coming forth wasting my money and time. If the government didn’t want me to have a fire arm how did I get my foid card then??? Again wasted a lot of my time didn’t think it would be an issue to do businesses either. I don’t see it being okay that you’re basically telling me I have no 2nd amendment rights……and that you’re above the government…..the last Friday didn’t even want to work with me on purchasing the gun how are you going to let some dike say I’m trying to do a straw purchase I just got my foid card and wanted to go through y’all looks like a lawsuit to me again very unprofessional if anyone goes to buy a gun the dike will most likely say your doing a straw purchase…if u don’t like that department get out of it !!!!!!! she should be fired for falsely accusing me of that. Didn’t even do a back ground check or nothing

Went in looking for USB over ear headphones. They used to have a generic brand that cost under $15. There are 6 shelves in different location around the electronics section which have headphones. It took me 10 minutes to make sure I wasn't missing the shelf I was looking for. The cheapest set they have now are $25.

Ahhhh. Walmart. Walmart has everything you will ever need and alot more. The one in Champaign is awesome the Urbana one I had this Asian dude stalk me. He was everywhere that I went. Maybe it was a secret shopper and I looked suspicious. He wasted a half hour following me around while some soccer mom stole half the store.

Went through pharmacy drive-thru, which has two lanes. It was one of the worst experiences I've had there. Had to wait behind another car for a while. Then had to wait for the car in the other lane to transact their business. By the time they got to me, it had been at least 20 mins! Then she looked up my order that I was picking up and gave me the number of prescriptions & total price, and I sent in my credit card. It was taking so long for her to pull my order, I had to ring them again to make sure there were no problems. Total time in drive-thru was 25-30 minutes! That was unacceptable in my eyes. They just remodeled the pharmacy, you would think they would have streamlined it & made the procedures more efficient, but I think it's worse! There's always been waiting at the pharmacy, but today it was just ridiculous!!! Unfortunately, I have to keep utilizing this pharmacy because of my insurance, I just hope they get their act together soon!

Stood in line at Urbana Walmart deli for 10 minutes while 2 female employees were chatting it up looked up at me several times before a young man doing something else came and helped me the 2 women were very unpleasant and unprofessional

Grocery delivery people straight up lazy. Don’t bother they will say something isn’t available just because they don’t want to go get it. Order anything that’s not food and they straight up won’t go over to the aisle and get it. Something as simple as wipes and they won’t get it won’t even substitute. Pure laziness. I used delivery twice when I had car trouble and no way to get to the store because we needed groceries but these people are so lazy
