This market has a decent selection of international products, but the organization and cleanliness could be improved. Some items seem overpriced, and the customer service can be hit or miss. It’s worth a visit if you're looking for unique ingredients, but don’t expect a top-tier shopping experience.

I found some great vinegar here on sale! The prices are just a little high on some items, but there are great finds.
Each day, people from around the world shop at World Harvest. They find products that no one else in Central Illinois, and often beyond, offers. Such products are special to these individuals because they bring to them a piece of home, a far away home, that they miss. In a town with a university, a college, and several companies that attract people from across the world, a memory of home found in a Middle Eastern falafel sandwich, or a slice of Italian Piave cheese or a glass of Argentinean yerba mate tea is priceless. If someone does not find the piece of home that he or she craves, we will do our best to find it for them. As a result, the store’s line of products grows and changes daily to reflect the tastes and ethnicities of CU.
