Pay for one year get the 12th month free. When leaving called get Deposit returned if left the way you found the unit...and what is special in my book is that the unused rent is prorated by 30 days. 5x10= $45.; 10x10= $65; 10x15= $85.; 10x20=$95; 8x20= $80; 13x20=$125.00. Does that sound reasonable?
