“After hitting a deer, I took my car to another auto body shop first and unfortunately they managed to make things worse. I was frustrated and stressed until I brought my vehicle to Andy’s Auto Body.
Andy, Michele and and their team truly went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they fix the issues properly, but Andy & Michele personally went to bat for me with my insurance company and made sure everything was handled the right way. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference during a really stressful situation.
The quality of the work, the honesty, and the way they stood up for their customer really impressed me. I’ll never use anyone but Andy’s from now on. Highly recommend if you want a shop that genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of their customers.”
“One of the few places left that offer normal rates. Called him to scale for blown tire. They were there in 45 minutes. I didn’t have to pay inflated tire prices or astronomical labor and call out fees. Would strongly recommend him and will use him in the future. Thank you for taking care of us.”

“I wish I could give more stars. This team literally saved our lives. We were on the beginning of a very long road trip when we started hearing a scary sound in the car and literally pulled over at the next stop. We were not from Vandalia, we had never been there before. They took us in immediately, checked our car, and let us hang out in the front room with our 1 year old and our cat in a carrier. They discovered that whoever our previous technician was had accidentally left one of our wheels loose (!). They took great care of us, were kind and hospitable, and sent us on our way without fuss or any attempt to make money off of us, which in our situation we very much would have paid. I will be telling everyone I know about them. Thank you!”

“Great service!! While traveling from Pennsylvania to Arkansas last week, we had a screw lodge in one of our tires and developed a slow leak. We made it to Vandalia for a scheduled overnight stop. Called Webster and they booked us an appointment first thing the next morning. Took us right in and patched the tire in less than an hour. Got right back on the road to Arkansas. Hats off to the entire staff - many thanks. Would definitely recommend!”
“The starter went out on my f350. I called them at 8:30 in the morning, they picked up my truck with their rollback and took it to the shop. I got a call at 12 saying it would be ready for pickup at 1 the same day! Really impressed with the quick repair. I would recommend them to anyone in the vandalia area needing service done”
“Kelly’s responded our late evening call during a tornado watch in about 30 minutes. Exceptional, fast service. Lost power in our vehicle and windows were down. He stored our vehicle indoors overnight to keep rain out. VIP treatment all around.
Update: repair finished before lunch the day after the late night tow. Will be back home in NW WI by 9pm. Thanks Kelly’s!”

“My elderly mother and sister drove their vans 4 hours to have the folks down here to fix them right. Both had been to dealers up north immediately prior. Hosicks corrected and fixed everything the first time. Stinks you have to drive 4 hours for this level of Service, GREAT that I don't have to!”
