Erin R is really great to work with. She saved me money on car and renters insurance plus got me a policy for if I get sick and am off work. All 3 policies were cheaper than just my old car insurance. I highly recommend talking to her. She is very sweet and very thorough.

Jeez, where do I start? After the euphoria of the savings wore off you guys cancelled my homeowners policy due to a couple of shingles curling on the edges. This roof was a 30 year guarantee when installed in 2003. You gave me two weeks to get a $30,000 roof installed, needless to say that was impossible so my policy was cancelled resulting in me losing my bundle discounts. I had to go back to my previous agent and secure coverage again without a bundle discount (40% increase).
Do you want me to go on? I talked my son into working with you guys on his multiple auto policies and home.
After changing his policies over, you now have told him your cancelling his homeowners policy for non payment even though Erin set up the billing with the mortgage company who has the money in escrow.
This insurance switch for my family has turned out to be a a real problem!
Now you know why I'm frustrated with your office and company.

Erin Ryan was super friendly and helpful during the quote process. When the paperwork got back after a representative came by to take pictures of the house she found an error and submitted paperwork later that day to get it corrected. That catch saved me an additional $15 per month on top of the original $105 from switching to State Farm.
