I called Hicksgas and they got us propane within hours. From the initial call to Hicksgas, the customer service was top notch. Emily reached out to Chris about our needs and helped me to complete new customer forms over the phone. Chris and Mitch identified a leak in the existing exterior gas line and set us up with temporary propane to make it through the weekend. They returned early the next week to fix the exterior line and avoided relocating the permanent tank. My wife and I are so thankful for the outstanding customer service!”
