Love this place for rapid fit to fly testing! I've had numerous international business travelers who have tight schedules and this lab is always willing to accommodate and work with me! Easy to get to, with convenient and great service! Rapid, reliable testing and turnaround time. They are my go to every time!

Showed up for my COVID appointment on time, was asked to wait in a very small room with other patients for a half an hour for no discernible reason (all rooms were entirely empty when we were finally invited back). I would not consider this a safe COVID distancing practice, especially when most test sites are outdoors and COVID test sites are obviously more likely to have COVID positive people occupying this same space. After waiting a half hour after our scheduled time, we were taken back to to get our swabs done. I've had 4 COVID tests (both rapid and PCR, so actually 8 tests on 4 occasions), so I actually know what they should feel like, and this was the most aggressive administration of a test I've had by a mile. My nose was bleeding and my girlfriends was bleeding so much that the test came out covered in blood and she is still bleeding a few hours later.This place also has no capability to deliver results to you unless you have a fax machine or by mail. So if you are getting a test to provide proof before going somewhere or doing something you should go elsewhere.

Be prepared to leave a message, have someone call back to leave message, call back and leave message, etc., etc. , etc. They do not pick up the phone or answer your call. $155.00 for covid test.

GAIL IS AMAZING!! I have never written a review before but I thought this time it was needed. When I was planning to call and make appts. I was not looking forward to it- expecting to get someone very busy and probably not in a good mood considering this place must be super busy with everyone wanting COVID tests. Wow was I surprised to talk to Gail. She was a breath of fresh air. She was probably the nicest person I have talked to in the month of December. She was so nice and helpful and patient even though I''m sure she has been extremely busy. She made my experience delightful. Thank you Gail. Happy Holidays

Wow, Affordable Labs and Gail couldn't have made the process any easier. Highly recommend them. I called so many places to try and get a Covid test for travel (day after Christmas nonetheless) and they were SO responsive throughout the whole process of booking and the actual testing. I also needed a specific government form filled out and there were some errors but the staff were so patient throughout the process. This is the place to go if you are in need of general testing or travel. Thank you!

During these scary times of COVID, The staff at affordable Labs has been very friendly professional supportive and extremely competent going above and beyond. Gail even called me Thanksgiving morning to reschedule my appointment. I highly recommend this lab and really want to recognize Gail for her conscientiousness and follow up.

Amidst an unprecedented pandemic and recent surge of cases and this past Thanksgiving week of families wanting to travel and requiring tests, Gail and the team at AL managed to get my last second request for a test for a visa so I could move to Asia tomorrow! They even came in today on Sunday to process my results and give them to me. Thank you so much!

From start to finish, the staff at Affordable Labs were very sweet and professional throughout the experience with testing. Liliana was also very careful and caring with my preschooler. I went here for COVID-19 test for rapid results and Gail was extremely polite professional. We got our test and results within less than 45 minutes. I will be referring all my friends and family here.

I am in the medical field and the comment made by Jennifer, I do not believe, is supported by facts. The testing platform that Affordable Labs, Inc. uses has been validated by the US government and picked as a finalist out of over 600 companies to provide Covid 19 testing for US nursing homes. As we know, positive tests by rapid antigen or PCR are highly accurate. It is only negative tests that have a high false rate (in the range of 30% for PCR). So anyone unhappy with a positive test can jump around to other testing centers and wait to get a PCR that shows a negative result. It is bound to happen. Believe the positives, and question the negatives, since there is a high percentage of them. Be naive or follow the science - you choose. Also, they follow strict HIPPA laws and are not able to email results. The staff gladly offered to fax, mail or I could just pick up my copy. Very personalized feel in this computerized world.

Prompt friendly service. We filled out simple paperwork got the test and were on our way in 15 minutes. $169 for the quick test. We both tested negative. The nurse called us shortly after our visit and she faxed the results to us. I am very satisfied.
