Well, that good review didn’t last long. American Mattress was supposed to call me the day before my delivery and never did. When I called to ask about the timeframe, they told me there was a delay and that they would be in touch the next week. Still, no one called me. I called again to follow up, and they told me it would be at least another week. They also kept saying how it was out of their control. Today, we found out that the mattress is actually an older version that may be sold out and that the order was never actually placed. So . . . you took my money, never communicated, and lied about the issue? And this is how you treat repeat customers? The corporate manager, Eric, was outrageously rude and took no accountability. Please take your business elsewhere.
I had such a great experience with Leo! He was so friendly, and he was able to get me exactly what I needed quickly and at a great price. Couldn’t be happier!

Amazing experience, Michael Means was my sales associate and he made everything about my experience seamless & comfortable. Highly recommend buying a mattress from american mattress in vernon hills. ask for michael, he is the best!

I have to agree with other remarks below. George’s customer service skills go beyond exemplary. His help with choosing the best mattress and pillows for my back problems while staying in our budget was beyond what I expected. I really appreciated there was no trying to talk us into buying more than we can afford. As seniors this is very helpful.
