I live going to a res live book store. I could spend hours! And I always find books that o would not have discovered if I had not had a chance to see it on shelves and tables. The children's section is a wonderful place for children's gifts.

I've lived in the area all my life and use to go to the barnes in the mall. That Barnes was cluttered and hard to navigate. This new one is beautifuly organized and free flowing. The staff are friendly and put a smile on my face breath of fresh air. This is the best corporate book store you can go to in the area. Wide selection of books and a great vinyl selection. Happy I went and checked it out. Whomever runs this store kudos

I love B&N. I love the smell of the printed page mixed with the fragrance of coffee in the air. I love hearing the soft murmuring of customers quietly reading from their books. B&N is awesome. This location is clean, bright and overflowing with selections. Staff are always friendly. Prices can be a bit high but it's worth the extra few bucks to keep B&N doing what it does best.

Very cozy Starbucks Cafe at B&N, they had the best danishes! Definitely will be coming back to sit and do some homework in the cafe. Very calm and great lighting.

The barns and noble is great… however DONT go to the starbucks in it. If I could put zero stars I would. I have many concerns starting with the employees inside the starbucks… talked to me very rudely and even made me wait about 5 minutes before ordering so the employee could chat with a friend about VACATION… she didn’t buy anything! This starbucks also doesn’t take the starbucks card, the employee said there “not affiliated with starbucks”? Yet they have the starbucks name and sign? The prices are also 2x more expensive. I get the same thing everytime I go to starbucks a bagel and my coffee… price is usually around $12 but in this starbucks it was $17?! After waiting 15 minutes to get my coffee and bagel that should have taken 2 minutes tops I drank my coffee and it tastes like DOG WATER. WORST KNOCKOFF STARBUCKS EVER. Don’t waste your money or time. This place is terrible and the employees are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Ended up throwing my $17 coffee away.

Nice and quiet (relatively) B&N. Sad that Starbucks did not accept app pay, that is why I gave 3 stars, not 5. Books are very well organized, big selections of gifts, nice kids area.

I enjoy this location because they always have little pieces of paper under books on the shelves that describe or recommend a certain book by a sales associate. I find it very sweet and helpful.

My favorite escape place away from Chaos where I forget the time surrounded by wonderful books and musics. Every time I visit I promise I will buy just 1 book but I come back with so many ?

We used to go to the one in Deerfield. Thankfully, they closed that one. ? Vernon Hills is the closest B&N, now, and it's pretty much the same thing (surprise), just all on one floor. Good selection, nice folks... This is the 'new' one, for us, anyway.

Awesome bookstore! I love how this B & N has a Starbucks Cafe attached to it, because I love reading at cafes. Another thing i liked was the little play area by the kids books. There were buliding blocks, toy cars, and a play mat. Perfect for the little ones to hang out in while the parents look at books! The only issue I have with the B & N that the books and toys are a bit expensive. $8.99 for one tiny animal figure that's the quality of $1.99?? The size of this bookstore was bug, but cozy at the same time! The staff were also super kind and helpful. Definitely will be visiting again!

Still a great place if a book lover. They had a little cafe to relax and had a number of areas with fun selections in the given genre.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe was nice and open. Typical Barnes and Noble in most regards. This location, however, is super busy, parking can be a nightmare, and I used the mens restroom which was a single and the toilet was disgusting as the lid was upright due to no urinal and the underside had not been cleaned.
