“The glass doctor was very professional got me done way faster than any other company and even allowed me to get work done while They were Replacing the glass on my car front . I am Very appreciative of customer service and care and if I have any other issues that is the only place I will go I recommend everyone go to them first. Safelite, the glass doctor knows what they’re doing. The technicians are. Staff was very caring. I originally went to Safelite and they definitely had horrible customer service and did not care about my situation considering work. I will never go to Safelite again.”

“I was told that my car would take approximately 2-4 hours for a windshield replacement and tint removal and replacement tint. But it didn’t even take 1 HOUR!! Great staff, they sell you what need not what they want you to get. I will definitely be taking all my cars there”
“I took my vehicle to a number of shops after an accident, as the at-fault party was considering paying out of pocket. This was the only shop that offered the option of a paintless dent repair—markedly less than the estimate from other shops.
While the at-fault party decided to go through insurance, the shop handled getting it fixed and completed the repair two days earlier than estimated. The repair is invisible, even viewed from different angles.
BONUS: while I had brought someone with me to go to the rental place, they preemptively asked if I'd like a ride.”

This recent time some kids roleplaying The Fast & The Furious while driving Daddy's BMW, sideswiped us on 294. Our repairs were managed by Erika. I had an amazing experience with the team at Gerber Collision in Buffalo Grove. I brought my car in after an auto collision and was told it would be ready by the 7th — to my surprise, it was finished and ready to go by the 1st!

He already rejected that and asked for new one which would not be in till Monday. The saved me an unnecessary trip.
