Absolutely love this place for baby clothes! Everything is usually on sale for a great price. I was having troubles picking out a gift for a friend’s baby, the wonderful lady who was working, who I forgot her name, was super helpful, super attentive, and gave me many options to chose from (which were all hard because all the clothes are so cute!) Definitely come here if you’re looking for baby items! Cannot recommend enough.

Hi to customer affairs who I absolutely just called! Leanna or Doni - I called the number and hit the corresponding number to Customer affairs where I got someone who didn't listen or care it was a joke! I asked to speak to one of you - zero clue as to who you are. She asked for my email and I told her BUT and here's the best part lol she hung up!!!!!! Yep my review stands as I say. Poor service now all around. So sad

The Carter’s in Vernon Hills, IL always impresses me with their friendly customer service. The gals that work there are amazing and are very helpful to pull articles or outfits based on the event/photo shoot you are envisioning! Highly recommend

I love shopping at Carter’s for my baby girl! But I was very disappointed at the fact that I went into the store yesterday evening and I was the only customer there and no one greeted me. A couple minutes later a gentleman man came in and he was greeted. Every time I go there I get greeted very nice by everyone and they are very helpful. But this time I was very disappointed...
