Ordered a laptop from them, was later told it was a demo unit (this wasn't noted in the product page) and I am not eligible to receive it so they cancelled my order. Others like me who ordered the same received their units. I asked CDW and they then said it's out of stock so can't fulfill anymore (other CDW agents said there was more stock coming later in the month, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't just fulfill it later). I then requested a comparable unit as a replacement or discount on another unit and they offered me a 0.4% (yes less than 1%) discount on a $1.8k~ laptop which is frankly insulting. They did not budge at all (even after involving BBB). Terrible business practices and potentially downright illegal as they fulfilled other similar orders but not mine under potentially false pretenses, and then refusing to honor my order (or offer a comparable, and reasonable alternative) after all was said and done.

Worst place got here for my apt at 8 am sent me to a door waited about an hour once they come just to tell me
To back up and inspect the load then send me to a different dock and to tell me they can’t u load me yet they don’t have place ion the floor yet

The security personnel were courteous and professional. Upon arrival, the security personnel will verify your identity and direct you to the appropriate dock. The designated unloader will arrive at your vehicle to remove the seal and inspect the shipment. Subsequently, you will be directed to the next available dock door for unloading. The unloading process for my trailer was completed efficiently within a 40-minute timeframe. Following the unloading, the completed paperwork will be conveniently placed at the rear of your trailer. Overall, my experience was highly satisfactory, and I extend my gratitude to CDW for their exceptional service.

CDW delivers incorrect items. And they sell returned products as 'New'.
Here is my proof: My company ordered for me Airpods Pro 2 with USB-C and CDW sent me Airpods Pro 2 with Lightning instead!. What is even more annoying is that the Airpods Pro 2 with Lightning were already discontinued at the time when my order was created. I called CDW customer service to see if i could exchange them for the newer version. The agent acted like it was probably a some sort of mistake on my part or it was my company's fault.....and so i decided to keep them after all because it wasn't worth the big hassle to go through the return process through my company and wait another month to get my Airpods. Well a couple months later the Airpods turned out to be defective so I took them to the Apple store to see if they could help me and run some diagnostic checks and they told me that my Airpods were out of warranty. When i asked them how could that be since i only had them for 2 months, the Apple rep told me that when a product is shipped out to a customer then its 1-year warranty activates and that happened over a year ago for my Airpods, which means that CDW probably received them as a return and did not reset the warranty.

My review is for truckers, the service itself was fast, I had an appt for 7 am at the entrance, they let you go inside and be able to spend the night in the parking lot, they called me before my appt so I finished much earlier than expected and I kept sleeping

Everything went well when I bought the MS Surface Pro 7.Then about 6 months later the screen backlight started flickering, usually after waking up. Reboot - no better.Has 1 year warrantee. Called CDW they said it was no problem to return it for replacement. One problem - they don't have any more in stock. And no availability in sight. So what did CDW do? Charged me over$300 for a re-stocking fee!!!! Was not told they were going to do this. Total scammers!!!Mafia bastards!!!
