Stay away from this branch, the worse customer service!!!! I always have good experience with Chase customer service in all branches i visited but this is the first time I visit Vernon Hills branch and definitely it will be my last, I spoke to Brittany over the counter on Saturday March 15 and I swear to god she never smiled, was rude, and she talked to me as she was my boss :-) i said forget it and left it the branch

Sharon Shapiro's assistance in recovering stolen funds from my account was not helpful, and I found her approach to lack competence. The interaction unfortunately escalated to a point where her responses were delivered with an unprofessional tone and volume.

absolutely the worst branch to use as well as people working , there is a problem printing 1 sheet of paper to notarize , but never a problem to print out 100 sheets of bank statements for last 6 months or articles of incorporation when you open account , branch is filled with best imbeciles of the industry ...there is a bulgarian lady that usually ready to help and another couple managers (i believe both arturo and fillipe gone or transfered) - these are the only good people i had to deal with at this location . thumb down

Went for an account upgrade. I was told that I won't be charged here for a new check book. I was charged. it's not about money its about the commitment. tried several times to reached to my banker but they told me they will take care of it but never responded back. had the worst experience and customer service with this branch. feels like missguided and this is so frustrating for begging for you own money . worst customer service experience. 3 days of follow up and emails still no response

Worst bank ever! Went in to open an account and they said they were full and that no one could help me. When they finally got to me, they denied me. I called chase in Libertyville and they gave me an account immediately. Shame on you

When setting up a merchant account for the new Chase business account, I had recently set up. Somehow, merchant services made a mistake and messed up the merchant account and the new business account I started. Vanessa and Miranda, out of the Vernon Hills branch, both worked hard to get the account straightened out and kept me informed on the status. It was a pleasure to work with professional people who cared.

I lost 2.5k in one of their inside ATM machine.On April 28 around 12:30pm, I went to this Chase $2.5k. I used the ATM machine that's located inside of the branch. I entered all the information necessary, then the ATM machine proceeded to release the money. However, the ATM compartment did not open, the atm restarted the process again without giving me a receipt.A Chase teller approached me and saw what happened. He advised me to contact customer service and file a claim which I did right at that moment. After that, I withdrew another 2.5k manually with the help of a teller.I provided all the information needed to the claim department. Later on, a credit for $2.5k was shown in my savings account. I had to withdrew 2.5k manually with the tellers help.Two weeks later, I received a letter from Chase Claim Department stating that a reversal of 2.5k on my savings account will be effected on May 16 due to the fact they did not find enough evidence to sustain the claim.After the claim was denied and the money removed from my account, I contacted the bank and talked with Arturo Galdava who is one of the private bankers. Arturo helped me to reopen the case with a picture he took showing the information of the machine being short $2.5k.The claim was denied again. I told them if they could use the security footage so they can verify that the money was not take. The claims department said it was not possible without a subpoena which is really expensive and probably cost the same as the money I lost.And that's how I lost 2.5k here!
