Had bad experience with Citibank after 20 years as a customer. I never bounce a check. They closed my accounts without giving any reason. They don't need customer relationship. Moved to different financial institution that has way better services.

Stopped by to change the address. The banker copied it from the driver's license, and still managed to get it wrong. Was also trying to upsell me on the account type and ask for referrals, which is par for the course, I guess.

Where do I start? Ive had the worst expierence with this bank out of any bank thus far. I got a hold of someone on the phone ONE time and the female hung up on me. Couldnt even understand what she was saying. Other than that they have NEVER answered the phone. I had to go all the way up there and when I got there the teller SHIRISH CHOKSHI was very rude, sent me off to the Citibank in Buffalo Grove, and lied on that bank telling me false information. By the way, SHIRISH CHOKSHI lied to me about a service that Citibank provides. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I spoke with the Buffalo Grove location and they wernt too much more helpful but I didn't get the guy's name. He said he would call me back because they have to set up appointments which is weird. Anyways, he never called me and rushed me off the phone when I initially spoke with him. I will be heading back to that location to speak with someone in person. The fact that they never answer the phone is rediculous. The other tellers aren't helpful at all either. Its like no one cares about their job there. CITIBANK HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES!

I had a very poor experience at this Citi location. I have been a credit card holder of theirs for 7 years. I pay my balance in full every month. I went in to a branch because their customer service team was not able to help me over the phone switching to a new credit card with no annual fee. I am attended by Marilyn Liszka, who fills out an application for me, then has to dial into a call center to process my application. She loudly says my social security number and all of my personal information - full name, address, and telephone to the representative - there were at least 5 people within earshot of her. I had to tell her to please keep her voice down. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. With all that, I'm not even approved for a new credit card! They said they needed to mail me additional information for me to be approved. I told her, please call back and cancel my card application - I'm going to open a credit card with Chase. I'm done giving my money to this institution. Spent five minutes at Chase and was instantly approved for one of their similar no fee credit cards. Stay away from this location.

They take bankers hours to a new low. 10-5. Wow. You can't reach the branch by phone. They just won't answer the call. Very understaffed and not customer friendly at all. Plenty of other banks that actually want your business. This branch certainly doesn't.

Long lines, understaffed. The tellers are rude and act as if I'm inconveniencing them when the business I work for makes a deposit at the teller line instead of dropping it off at the night deposit. This branch is unprofessional and unseemly.
