The layout is easy to navigate, and I always find fantastic deals on clothing, shoes, and accessories. The staff is courteous and attentive, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Whether I’m looking for something specific or just browsing, this place never disappoints!”
“I've always been aware of the Athleta brand (and had bought it for others) but I didn't really start purchasing for myself until this year (and then I became obsessed). Global spending on athleisure wear was over $330 billion last year and is projected to grow almost 10 percent each year. Probably half of my new clothes this year was Athleta. I love that I can wear these clothes to the studio or to work or to dinner. I like the materials and the little details like pockets on dresses, thumbholes on sweatshirts, drawstrings to cinch in the waist, and cargo pockets on pants. The fabrics are durable, machine-washable and soft. Athleta is pricey but they have incredible sales. This location is pretty well stocked and most of the staff is approachable and helpful. On one visit they were especially nice to my elderly relative. This is centrally located in the Hawthorn Mellody shopping center with plenty of parking. With your purchase you receive a silver branded Athleta tote.”

Gotta give a special shout-out to the manager Sofi, when the item we wanted wasn't available in-store she offered to call another store that showed up online as having the item. When that didn't pan out she reached out to a friend at the outlet store and was able to locate it and have it set aside for me. She truly personified excellent customer service in a time where that is so frequently not the norm.”

“So hard to rate Ross because you're going to get some good deals but the clothes are disorganized the place is a mess staff is usually slow and unfriendly it's a train wreck but I can't stop going as long as they have the deals”

Overall, Burlington is a dependable spot for diverse, affordable finds.”
