I could overlook long lines, but this place makes mistakes and blames the patient! They are extremely rude, especially the male pharmacist.

not only are they lacking adequate staff, but they don't always read their own files. mine says NO child proof caps, I have to check every bottle before I leave. told them take all my meds off auto refill. I think after many years, they still do occasionally, and it always at least 2 weeks until I need to refill.

30 min in line to get medicines. Need to have more than one person helping during rush hour. Unfortunately cannot go anywhere else as they closed the other location in Mundelein.

Great people who work here, when they are available. Possibly very understaffed. Is there a shortage of pharmacists and technicians? Not sure. Isn't CVS an 85 billion dollar corporation? Sadly, prescriptions are delayed by days, repeatedly! They require constant follow up calls. The calls sometimes have 40 minute wait times. They don't stock a lot of medications. I'm done with this location.

I used to really like this CVS, but service has been going downhill for several years. Wait times have gotten exceptionally long, and staff seems burned out and sad. This is the 30-minute line for picking up prescriptions at 7:00 on a Wednesday night. Worse still, when I finally reached the front, they told me they hadn’t yet checked on my prescription and wouldn’t have time to prepare it. I overheard them telling the person next to me they didn’t have their prescription available either.

Not enough workers! It's always such a long process getting prescriptions that are ready for you! One time I even showed up during pharmacy hours (and not their lunch time) and the doors were closed. Can all of these Rxs they fill not generate enough revenue to get more workers?

Worst service. I was on phone to speak with a pharmacist for 15mts without success on a Wednesday at 11.30am. Refill prescription takes 1 week..

So far the worst CVS pharmacy location ever. No one picks the call ever. I have tried so many times and waited for so long but no answer. If I had a choice I would never go to CVS again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Scheduled Covid Vaccine for 3:00, arrived a little early and then waited an hour during which time the pharmacist never even acknowledged me. I am immunocompromised and have to go off my meds in order to get a vaccine. Even though I had a scheduled an appointment they helped 15+ other customers before I had to leave to pick my wife up from work where she had been standing on a street corner for half an hour wondering what happened. This and previous experiences with CVS underscore a lack of customer service and competence. Thoroughly disgusted with my experience. My advice is go elsewhere.

I am so thankful for the ease of getting my RXs filled at this CVS. I have thought of moving my prescriptions only because it is in a Target. But I will get my RXs filled by CVS and then not shop at Target.

Requires better customer service; I understand employees are expensive but every time there is a line 3-4 deep and it's not quick to service all customers. Even if your stats say a majority are. Overall, this CVS does nothing for Target. It's disappointing. The customer service as well as the association to Target.

Nobody picks up the phone. Got my prescription transferred from Walgreens because of insurance change, they don’t respond…. Horrible service, hope the company takes a note of these issues…. Called my physician’s office and moving the prescription to a near by non CVS pharmacy
