Even after so much time and living with my torment from which I suffered with this company, and after being able to return the products almost a month ago, the manager calls you threatening you, pressing and sending text messages if you want the invoice to be sent to collections, for a product that you do not have, you did not use, you returned out of distrust of the seller, this is unheard of enough! Of so much abuse and persecution, procore should control more its databases to this type of company.

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, they do not comply with the commercial conditions they offer at the time of the call, in one way or another they want to steal more than 4,000 dollars from you, I have been waiting for almost a month for the return label for a product that was never used due to the poor condition of the product, after having received it since the first week it arrived, it was requested, and now they are waiting for the first month to be completed to make the charge, I have called, I have spoken to Javier by phone, who was the one who deceived me and did not comply according to the text conversations and nothing. Please do not fall for this scam, there are many companies that operate with this method in the country.

Diamond Blade Warehouse is the best! They help guide your purchase decisions and make great recommendations! We have found that many of our local vendors sell The same products but DBW always is a much better price! The customer service is unmatched and delivery is super fast.
Christian has been my rep for years and he always touches base at the right time without pushing the hard sale!

The phone calls are borderline harassment. I receive them almost daily and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day. It is such a waste of time answering what you think may be a customer or new client inquiring calling about a job and then to find out it is just Diamond Blade Warehouse, AGAIN. I will never purchase anything from this company again simply because of there sales tactics. I even received a lengthy email from a sales member describing how they were going through tough times and a divorce and basically needed a hand out to make ends meet. Sales at its finest right there folks!

Looks like shady selling is their business model! We were continually pursued by a salesman to purchase blades from them. We refused, but continually received calls and the salesman insisted that we try their products and if we didn't like them, then we could keep them and if not, we wouldn't need to pay. So in attempts to end their persistent calling, we accepted. Never signed a contract. Never opted for a credit account. NADA. Fast forward, we are now receiving collection notices for the amount of the products. I spoke with someone at DBW and she agreed to "refund" us the amount if we returned the product. So we arranged and PAID for return shipping. Now, we are receiving new notices for a discounted amount to be paid to the collections agency. As a business owner, I don't have time for this nonsense and cannot comprehend how a business like this can remain in operation.

They have good blades, but they must use high pressure sales tactics with their sales people. I get calls all the time from them trying to sell you more, after telling them not to call again. I wish they would change the culture at the company, or I may not buy any more blades from them.

This company is very untrustworthy, they sent me a blade to demo at no charge and then 2 weeks later I have a lady calling me and threatening to send me to collections. Please stay away from this awful business.

Extremely pushy sales team, they will try to give you a saw if you only "try" their blades only to bill you later. Buy your saws and blades from another company.

I bought blades from them about 5 years ago.. 1500 in blades or so.As an understanding over the phone I said call me back ill buy some more in 6 months when I run out.. dont call me with specials or sales.. ill just buy more when you call me back in 6 months..2 weeks later a call about fake sales.. said dude not ready..Again in another week.. I said ok remove me from your call list..For the last 4 years they call me as some kind of joke like twice a week... every week from fake local cell numbers to make me answer.. this company has harassed me for 4 years twice a week to a month.. I have to answer the phone because it's my business number..I'm not even joking I've told them to stop calling me at least 200 to 400 times...I am absolutely so sick of this company I have almost bought a blade to get the address fly down there and bust up the office.. Beyond harassment..I really don't know what to do at this point other than fly down there find the manager and have a meeting with him or her.There is nothing I can do or say to stop the calls.. I can't just block the number or report it as spam because it's a different local to me cell number every time.."
