Fireplace Plus did a great job from start to finish. We especially appreciated the work from Juan, he is an artist and craftsman. Kyle also helped us make changes which improved the project. Neal also provided good advice to start us off on the right foot.

It’s a snowy day in Chicago and a perfect day to review and post photos of our new, ventless gas fireplace. It is gorgeous and warms the room beautifully (and most of our first floor). Neal was great! His installers are great! We’re thrilled. Thank you, Fireplaces Plus! Five stars!

A double-sided Sky-T Fireplace was installed and is being maintained by the Fireplace Plus. Great experience with the owner Neal and his son Colin. Their instal and service crews are on time, well equipped, do clean after themselves. Totally recommend!

We stopped by here today to see the options and plan for our fireplace. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all. We are going to hire them most likely. I will update the review when have more experience with them.

Neal took such good care of me. I stopped into the showroom and he walked me through the various fireplace sets. I converted three wood burning fireplaces to gas log. Same week he was out to measure. The install was today and his guy could not nave been nicer.

I had problems with my fireplace that I purchased from Fireplace Pus. The professional and personal service of the technicians that I received from the extremely competent and knowledgeable team of Fireplace Plus was outstanding. They were the best. Of course they solved the problem. They also really nice young men. I could not be more satisfied.

Do your research and understand what you are getting quoted. They did not take the time to help suggest design or materials. I felt too much was my call and I'm not an expert. What was supposed to be a 5 day job took months and they were only responsive when I owed them money.

We wanted to do a built in fireplace and called many places but Neal was the only company who promptly followed up and provided a reasonable quote. The install team Juan and Tony came exactly when they said they would and the job was also finished exactly when they said it would end. I’m in awe of the work and this company is awesome! I admire my fireplace every day ?
