This is by far THE BEST nail salon i’ve ever been to. I always get a no chip pedicure and either a no chip manicure or acrylics. I have never been to any place who does acrylics as beautiful as First Spa Nail Salon. They even file under the acrylics so that there is no leftover acrylic under your nail, and the french tips here always come out SO PRETTY. This place should be rated 6 stars out of 5.Services: Sculpted nails

Not sure if they are trained on pedicures or just winging it. Woman dropped tools on floor and continued to use them, used the trashcan beside her to place tools, and then put polish on my personal sandals while polishing my toenails.

I will not recommend this place totally unprofessional. The male manicurist did a very shabby job. I would not even rate this place one. The shape of the nail was all crooked. I showed him a picture of how exactly i wanted it and it was so short ;( v disappointing. I told the manager about it and she didn’t even bother apologizing. Never go there again.Service: Manicure

I have come here twice at the suggestion of my neighbor. The establishment seems clean and welcoming. I was a walk-in customer both times and was met immediately with friendly service. I tried dip nails for the first time and liked the way they turned out. I had the pleasure of working with Calvin each time and will continue to see him going forward. I would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Was told 20 min, after 30 min was told that her appointment actually showed up and it will be another 4o min. The quality of work is also very average. Will not use them again!Services: Pedicure

I agree with the other people here. There charge what they want and if you ask they kick you out. Angie just snatched my card from my hand and said "bye bye get out" didn't even let me grab my phone and it was a bad experience for my mom and daughter never againServices: Pedicure

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. They absolutely f****** sucked. I got a removal and dipping powder for my nails and first off the lady did not know how to take my dipping powder off. She literally uses nail polish when your suppose to soak them. Then I told her I want dipping powder and she asked me probably 10 times if I wanted no chip. So it was terrible communication. I literally had to tell her how to put dipping powder on my nails. And a week in I had them done two already fell off my nails. Dipping powder is suppose to last about 3 weeks. Do not go here unless you want shitty nails.

I walked in and Lynn was so nice. Took me right away. Did a beautiful job on my no-chip manicure. I will definitely be going back!

If I could I would give it zero starts. I was a returning customer and liked it but this time around I brought my daughter my mom and she was being very rude to walking in customers and once I was ready to pay she snatched my credit card from my hand and I asked her why it was 150 for my daughter and I and my mom it was 72. She just charged me and said "bye bye get out" and I even told her can I get my phone that was still in the table. There was no reason Angie's response to my question and she was very Rude

Normally I pay $35 for a mani/pedi. Today I only did a mani and was charged $32. They charge what they want and depending on who you are! Time to find a new place!

I went to the salon with my mother and it was the most unprofessional experience I've had at a salon. We came in and asked about a deluxe package with a manicure and pedicure with gel due to the longevity of the polish. They had us pick a color.Their price lists 42 for their deluxe mani/pedi package. The booklet I had scribbled out the price as 52. When we inquired if this was the price for gel we were informed it was not, that for that package it is 65 and then after talking to their friends the price changed to 70 and then 75. I found this weird but I wondered if it was a COVID pricing change or whatever. I've never seen more than a 5 dollar difference for gel but I brushed it off even though it left us with an uneasy feeling. They started everything which was fine, not great, but it was when we got the manicure when things really solidified my feeling about the experience. If you have ever gotten a gel polish, you know they add a UV light in between coats to harden the polish. They did not do that, despite using the gel polish I had chosen.I went to sit down at the UV light as part of the process, but they ushered me to the backroom to get my eyebrows done. They completed that and then ushered me out. I asked if my nails would be okay and they insisted it was fine. My mom paid and was confused by the whole thing. My mom and I went to the car when she saw her nails were already dented. She went in and asked them to repair it since gel nails are usually pretty durable. The technician gave her attitude about it before applying the polish and ushering her out.The next day both of our nails are chipping. Gel polish is also known as no chip. My mom goes in and asks if they can fix it since they are chipping. She claims she can't do anything because it is regular nail polish. Of course, at this point we had already paid for what was supposed to be a gel manicure and pedicure. My mother asked about the price discrepancy and the tech said the difference was for the price of polish. Just to add polish. Manicures and pedicures include polish. This response doesn't make sense. So at this point, we had paid for services not rendered and the woman gets increasingly more combative. My mother asks for a refund for the difference since we did not recieve gel or to actually recieve the gel we paid for. She refuses and essentially tells us to pay more.Long story short, they are dishonest, rude and I do NOT reccommend.

If you love this place I'm happy for you! As women we know how hard it is to find a nail salon that makes us feel comfortable! Good luck being a new customer XXX
