“We have purchased Christmas lawn decorations for the past years. This year we had some difficulty in putting one together and as it turned out, we had broken it. It was not repairable. The owner replaced the decoration even though it was over a year old and the break was our fault. Sal has wonderful customer service presence.We love these wind-driven decorations. You can see them in front of his store. They hold up to Illinois winters very well. This year we didn't put our outdoor lights up. And these decorations show up well at night and during the day. Our grandchildren love them and so do our neighbors. I highly recommend The Back Porch for both quality of product and the service of the management.”

She was so helpful, pleasant, friendly, & patient. She made suggestions & checked to see if some of my requests were available & went out of her way to make sure that my order was just what I wanted. She was amazing. And their gift selection is extensive. They have so many beautiful things to choose from. I am so happy that I called them. I highly recommend.”

“After being treated rudely by the Gurnee store, I called this Mundelein store to place an order Gurnee cancelled. I was enroute in my car and couldnt get back online, and the deadline to order for same day delivery was close. Employee Kathy answered the phone and was very polite as I explained my problem. She put me on hold and then Jose picked up and took my order. Franchisee owner Greg should be proud of his employees. I will use this store again! Great service.”

They have a huge selection of sh figuarts and figma and then some other really cool statutes (non posable). They also have other anime knickknack things, if you’re a anime nerd this place is for you.”
