Place looks great. I recently received "grand opening" coupons in the mail. When I tried using a coupon, I was told they couldn't be used to purchase balls due to exclusions. New look, same old corporate nonsense.FYI, a coupon at the golf store across the street can be used for anything.

Staff was wonderful! Rob was so kind and helped me find everything I needed. He was very helpful and knew just where everything was that I was asking about, and didn't mind my questions. Very pleasant experience and the store is really nice since they've re-done it as the performance center!

No idea how to treat people. Let alone sell anything golf related. "Greeter" should get a job at Walmart. I drove 40 miles out of my way with a credit card in hand, planning on buying a set of irons. Walked out not really talking to anybody about golf clubs. Really a zero rating total waste of time and gas.

Could not fit a baby with diapers, not alone golf clubs. D4 is good only for the highest of club speeds. No swing weight machine in sight.

I have been shopping this store since it opened. Over the years i have used the services to re-grip my clubs. Always a good experience. I noted some bad reviews about a years ago and was nervous about installing new heads and grips on most of my clubs. It was complicated but JR did an excellent job with all the work. BTW, it is the only place to buy the golf shorts I like too.

Do yourself a favor and do not come here if you're a woman! Guy at register made a very sexist remark about my purchase being a "gift because clearly it wasn't for me" I have a single digit index and I can surely play. It took awhile for me to get any assistance and everyone acted like they didn't want to help me. I will never be back and you're better off going to PGA across the street!

Go see Addison - he’s always willing to chat and answer questions. And if you need a new club, there’s no one better. He talked me out of my current 2 iron and into a 5 wood and my game is much better for it.Overall a great location with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They do a great job regripping clubs too. (Again, go see Addison!)

I stopped in Golf Galaxy after work today with my Hispanic employee. A few of the employees made comments such as “I was watching him too”. This type of profiling is disgusting. As a business owner myself I feel it’s important we all treat everyone with the same respect. They have lost all future business from me.

I prefer Golf Galaxy over the PGA store because here, they don't bend you over the counter, and tell you what you will be getting when you ask for a specific adjustment. They listen to the customers wants and needs. Very professional staff, highly recommend this location over the PGA store

Went in in search of a new driver that I had all but decided on prior to my visit. I’d been told by one of my coworkers that golf galaxy had an indoor range where you could practice your swing. According to him, it was free advice and you were under no obligation to purchase anything. He raved about what a pleasant experience it was. That was not my experience. I explained to the salesperson that I was interested in the Taylor made aeroburner clubs but wanted to use it and possibly get some pointers on my swing because I tend to slice the ball, regularly. I was set up on the range and almost immediately the salesman walks away. I don’t remember how many balls I was given but after slicing about 10, the guy comes back and says, looks like you have a slice then walks away again. Mind you there was hardly anyone in the store at the time. As I’m wrapping up, the guy walks over to me with the driver in hand and says, so will you take this one? I explained that I was only looking today and I wasn’t 100% certain which club I would purchase. He then says hold on and walks over to another person who I can only assume was a manager. The “manager” comes over and asks was I interested in the club and I repeated that I wasn’t today. He then tells me that he’s not going to charge me for the use of the driving range but that it usually costs a fee. As no one had mention there was a fee and because my coworker had already told me about his experience (where he didn’t purchase anything either), I was quite surprised with the pressure I was feeling to either buy the club or pay for hitting a few balls. There’s 1 distinct difference between he and I and that is our race. Not sure if I had the wrong team there that day or what the issue was, but I will never go to golf galaxy again.

The service is always great here. I went to shorten my putter and after talking to an employee he suggested I didn't based on heights and to just grip down on it. There was another time where someone else talked me out of buying a new shaft because the difference wouldn't be worth it... any shop that talks you out of spending money is a good shop in my book.
