This man Jason will make you better! He has made me stronger than ever with some lifting advice, and In just over a year with this facility, my exit velo has jumped from 80 to a recent pr of 94. Awesome facility, awesome energy, come here to get better and have fun.

Jason is the best. He cares about what’s best for his players period. Bring your softball player to him, he does more than baseball.

Great place to work on core baseball skills or fitness. Very fairly priced. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and is a very good coach/instructor. My son will be far ahead of some of his peers who haven't been working out all off season or who are at home playing Xbox when it is rainy or wet.
