“Awesome location not crowded for thanksgiving week so I was able to get in and get helped right away which was awesome Henrietta helped me out she is a professional at these things because I did not have a clue and she was very efficient and helpful with all my questions definitely didnt get this much knowledge from the other pandora locations ive went to (woodfield and deer park) this location definitely answered more of my questions I had and they work quick to get you out! They are able to size down my bracelet for $35 because I lost a lot of weight you dont get it right away but I chose to just buy a new one since they were on sale! Clean place and the staff was all very helpful! Micheal cleaned my bracelet he did an amazing job was fast and looked just like new! 15/10 here at the hawthorn mall location!”
