Tried to call to call about load because Website was giving me grief and couldn't get through to anybody after 20mins, in trucking every minute counts booking loads, I hate that I wasted my time!

It's super nice to be put on hold for 10 minutes, only to be greeted with a "What's your MC..." by an unhappy sounding operator. It's even more awesome to just be abruptly hung up on once they do answer, due to the fact that they "can't set up a carrier packet right now"...can't wait to call them again!

Waited 2 hours for rate con! when called back was told the load was canceled, but no one even thought of contacting me! What a bunch of professionals. Stay away.

The reviews are ABSOLUTELY correct. They don't answer the phones, don't respond to emails and have you complete a carrier packet to come back and say load is covered. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Called to try and book a load. Was on hold for over 30 minutes just for the load to be booked.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to select one to post a review. DO NOT contact this company for any loads. They do not have their own logistics together let alone anyone else's. They claimed to have different people under my MC and kept messing up rate con. The dispatcher was completely unprofessional and quite frankly a jerk. DO NOT CALL LiVE.
