The employees exhibit a lack of friendliness and helpfulness. Upon entering the store, they consistently fail to offer assistance or a greeting. I do not intend to patronize that store again.

I ordered the same earrings online twice and Both times the color was wrong but the item number was right! I decided to call a loft store near me and spoke with Kylie and later Sue who at first didn’t have the right color in the store but will look in the stock room later. Usually that where it ends because no one ever calls back but they did and found the correct color! This was an exceptional act of kindness!

Every time and I do mean every time I walk in this store, I am never greeted. I walk the whole store, look through the clothes and your sales associates never greet me. They have full conversations among themselves and at times are just standing around and I am never greeted. It’s not a good feeling. I won’t be going there anymore. It’s unfortunate that I will have to drive to the Wisconsin outlet.

Love Laura! She can probably run this store all by herself with her wonderful recommendations and great customer service skills. I can't say much about the other associates one lady walked away from me as I entered the store as if she wanted to avoid doing her job. Love the clothes and definitely ask for Laura if you need any suggestions!

3/31/23 6:55 PM Both enployees were very cold and rude. The first as I was approaching the counter with my return said "No reciept?" I said no, she said "I had a feeling about that." The next stared at the tags and asked me two more times if I had a reciept passed them back to me and said. "These are too old I can't return these". She didn't scan them or touch the computer or say anything else so I walked out.

Laura had EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills for me and my sister who were looking for jeans. She went above and beyond and you could tell she loved her job. Management I hope you read this and give her a raise! She deserves this!
