I bought a nice, Whirlpool wash machine. The deliver and install went horribly. I paid for installation and later that day I discovered whatever they didn’t install it correctly and it leaked. I called immediately, and the next day and the next. I’m still waiting for someone to fix this!

We were looking for a refrigerator. Went to Lowes then four other stores including the two main competitors. We decided on a model Menards had but just before buying my son googled and found the same fridge on sale $400 cheaper at Lowes. Plus they had a $50 off on purchases over $500. The other placed wouldn’t deliver on Sunday but Lowe’s said it would. The salesman was super friendly. Great experience and saved a bundle. And that a pretty “cool” deal.

For the past 2 months I have been shopping at Lowes for supplies for a kitchen update and have been extremely pleased with availability and quality of the products from the plumbing, kitchen sinks, paint supplies and tools. I purchased a 6 foot countertop on Wednesday without any problems.
I needed an 8 foot matching countertop to complete my project.
I was there at 6 a.m. and when I asked for assistance for 5 minutes to place the countertop on a cart. The store associate at the service desk REFUSED to provide me any Help! SHE SAID IT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN FOR THE MOST PART!
I do understand that a Skeleton crew is there at the opening of the store.
My concern was safety to myself and less chance of product being damaged. I worked PT at a big box hardware store for 2 years and NEVER REFUSED to provide help to a customer from myself or any other associate!
I am now forced to complete my project at another Lowes that is far out of my way.

We visited yesterday for the first time. Not a friendly place. We were outside looking at riding lawn mowers. I had a question and an employee was walking by. I said, "excuse me." He mumbled something under his breath and walked on by. He wasn't going to the parking lot to leave. He could have said something like, I'm sorry I'm on break or this isn't my department, but nope just wrote me off. We will purchase elsewhere.

On May 11th we were at this location, every single employee we came in contact with said "good morning, can we help you". I can not express how amazing the staff were

Picked up 20 bags of $2 mulch. Spectacular price! They helped me out after normal pick up hours. Loaded my car to the max and were really great Guys, super friendly & Helpful!

I have been going to this Vernon Hills Lowe's store for 3+ years and have had no issues with their products. The store is always clean and organized. Also, it's great that the staff asks you if you need help and always thank you on your way out.

The Vernon Hills Lowes happened to be the closest store to us that had a much needed flooring listed in stock so we could keep our remodel schedule on its timeline. We live about 6 hours away and wanted to confirm it was on hand before ordering and driving to pick it up.
Calling in at 8:30PM my wife got Ty on the phone and he was incredibly helpful in tracking down the flooring to verify it was on hand, picking our online order once it was placed and making sure it was all ready for us to get the next day. He even met me the next morning as the store was opening to greet me personally. Thank you to Ty and everyone else who helped with the order for everything!
