I shop at Macy's quite a bit, as this is my "go to" store when I need a dress for a special occasion, some everyday wear, or fragrances, accessories or home goods. Today I went to return an item as I decided I would probably never wear this leopard pattern blouse that I bought on impulse...I went to the service desk and explained that I didn't have my original receipt, but used my Macy's card...the associate told me that it had been purchased over 37 days ago so I wouldn't be eligible for a full refund. I was told that I could get a credit of $4.72 back as she looked in her computer. I was aghast as the item was originally $54.50 and I purchased at 44% off which I paid $30.52...I had something I returned last year with the same situation and was told they could give me a customer courtesy return for full value paid. This was not even an option this time, no sorry we can't give you another courtesy just $4.72 back on my Macy's card. I decided to keep my purchase as it is worth more than they were willing to credit by 8 times the amount. I won't be spending my money here after today as I think this could have been handled much differently...it's a different world we live in today, where the customer no longer matters where courtesy is concerned. Thanks for nothing

I have never had better service ever before until Halina at men’s fragrances. She went above and beyond to help us and was very knowledgeable about each product. Definitely coming back for any fragrance purchases

The clothes in there include styles that I like, and you can buy anything you want. Last time I bought a sweatshirt for my daughter, and she liked it very much, and I bought a skirt.
