The worst CVS store ever. I always have to wait 30-40 minutes for them to attend the call. sometime they just pickup and disconnect the call. If my insurance didnt force me to use CVS, I would go to Walgreens always. No wonder CVS keeps on loosing money.

Great people who work here, when they are available. Possibly very understaffed. Is there a shortage of pharmacists and technicians? Not sure. Isn't CVS an 85 billion dollar corporation?Sadly, prescriptions are delayed by days, repeatedly! They require constant follow up calls. The calls sometimes have 40 minute wait times.They don't stock a lot of medications. I'm done with this location.

Not enough workers! It's always such a long process getting prescriptions that are ready for you! One time I even showed up during pharmacy hours (and not their lunch time) and the doors were closed. Can all of these Rxs they fill not generate enough revenue to get more workers?

Appointments for vaccines are loose arrangements with CVS - why bother - they waste your time despite you taking care to be there on time for appointments- just not acceptable - and worst part is that CVS just doesn’t care

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. Understaffed. Long lines, delayed refills and if you call them, plan on sitting on hold for over an hour and a half. Painful.

Received automated call that an RX was filled \\u0026 ready for pick-up. I have approximately a month's worh of this RX on hand \\u0026 never requested a refill. Suspect pharmacists filled RX assuming I was almost out; I have asked numerous times, in past, that RXs not be filled unless I specifically ask for a refill. Called location to advise RX not needed. After going through the numerous prompts you have to go through before being connected to a staff member (maybe 3 mins?) I was transferred. The call was picked up on 2nd ring. I was on a speaker phone \\u0026 I advised person I received call regarding an RX ready for pick-up. She took me off of speaker \\u0026 stated she would be with me in a moment. I could hear background noise (staff talking to one another, scraping noise on surface as tablets were being counted, etc). After 10 mins, I cleared my throat \\u0026 said hello, someone said 'will be with you in a moment.' After 12 minutes I finally hung up. This isn't first time I've had to wait an extended amount of time for assistance when I've called. This location has been going downhill in service for that last 1.5 yrs

Very disappointed with service and especially pharmacist Gloria. I went here today for my COVID booster, waited in line for about 30 minutes, and after taking my details, told me that the computer system wasn't working and so they couldn't perform my booster. Pharmacist Gloria was rude and unhelpful. Could have been managed so much better. Will not be going back!!
