It's so weird to not have drive thru tellers at a bank. That said, the tellers I worked with inside were friendly and engaging. The patron who was in before me was sharing her life story with one of the tellers and the teller was patient and accommodating since there was no one else in line. I'd come back for my banking needs, but BoA needs to work on providing options for people who may need to stick to drive thru.

I really really like their customer service. They are very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The manager helps me when I have a problem with my account quickly which the teller couldn't access thru. Thanks so much

do notvbank with boa. they will close your account and not return your money. no lean, no justification communicated, no warning of closing. imaginevif you had a family to support. no ethics or morals shown by boa

This bank has always been the cleanest and friendliest branch that I have been to in a long time. Security guard and I believe her name was Helen, were very welcoming. All staff were. We met with Erica to take care of some accounts and she was so supportive and accommodating. She was fast and able to answer and provide any information we needed. We plan on staying Erica's client and going to her for any banking needs. Thank you so much for my mom & I's positive experience!

This bank is awful. The staff are very friendly but the bank is ALWAYS short staffed. Saturday with only 1 teller? Come on! Lines are constantly out the door even on weekdays. Don't go here unless you plan on waiting 15-20 min just to see the teller.

About to switch to another bank. The tipping point was when they told me they are eliminating their horrible drive up service.

Worst drive up atm ever! It is beyond slow and outdated! The line is always so long because it takes forever for the simplest transactions. Now when someone tries to deposit multiple checks at the atm, holy cow! You could use the waiting time to prepare your taxes or call a long lost relative, you'll be trapped in line for what seems like an eternity. If you need to use this atm make sure you have snacks and water on hand because you will be there for a scary long time. FU BoA!

It's me and my 1 and 2 year old in my car. Both girls are crying. I need to pay my BOA credit card bill. Just use the drive thru, right? Nope. I drive up to the window and see bankers standing around. The lobby is open, but not the drive thru? That's pretty stupid. I had to drive to the BOA in Lincolnshire to use their drive up window. The little stuff like this is why we bank with Wintrust.

Most people can imagine how frustrating having a fraudulent situation with your account can be but Maria helped us with our situation and took care of it with professionalism and empathy. Excellent experience. This is our new bank. Thanks Maria!

I've been with BofA for 15 years. I've moved to several states and through each move, I stayed with Bank of America. They've been fine, nothing spectacular, but it was difficult to switch because I had all of my accounts linked to my on line checking. About 7 months ago, I applied for a home equity line of credit. Long application process plus appraisal of your home. Long story short, they declined the application. So, I moved to another bank. A local, community bank. It took me about 3 months to switch accounts and ensure all accounts were no longer linked to BofA. I applied again for the home equity line of credit at my community bank. The application was approved! The process was easier and the folks, much nicer! I'm kicking myself for staying with just an average bank for all these years! B of A called and asked why was I closing my account, because I had been such a valued customer. I said, "Simple. The one time I really needed your bank, you turned me down. Why should I continue our relationship?" They tried to lure me back but the experience left a bad taste with Bank of America. I'm very happy I've moved on!
