“danny got me in and out no problem, i went to a previous jiffy lube location and they couldn't open my hood latch what so ever. i came here and they were able to get it open and the wait was no longer than literally 10-15 minutes. quickest oil change everrrr!!! thanks guys!!”

“I've had several oil changes over the last year with this Jiffy Lube location and all of my experiences have been very positive. They are quick, efficient and very professional and always go the extra mile. My vehicle requires a specific oil and Nate and the team actually went out of their way to get it for me each time. Recently, I had an engine light issue and Nate (Manager) was determined to find the source of the issue and repair the problem. After several attempts, Nate found what was causing the light to come on, quickly fixed it and in the process likely saved me $100's of dollars. I usually don't write these reviews but their service is exceptional. I gladly give them the highest star rating.”

“Waukegan Tire is great. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Les behind the counter is very responsive and helpful. I had to flats on the passenger side along w 2 rims that had damage. They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys”

“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”

“I don't need new tires at the moment, but next time I do it's Berry Tire and Auto in Libertyville. I needed my TPMS sensors replaced and my tires rotated, they got me in and out in an hour, with an expert job at a very reasonable price. Check them out next time you need auto or tire services!”

“I like going to NW Oilers because they are an oil change place with good character. They are a quick oil change without the up selling that is outrageous. Yes. You can spend a lot but they tell you the options and you can pick. They took care of a troublesome under car plate that now has access for the oil change to occur more easily. Problem solvers, honest and kind quick oil change with integrity.”

“These dudes have been changing my oil on all my vehicles for the last 6 years, ever since I relocated back to IL from Colorado. HIGHLY recommend; they use high quality oil, filters, are family owned….and ran….& I just love Dakota & Danny ….johnny and the gang. They always check air pressure and fluids ; top off or fill whatever you need- they even sell and install Bosch wiper blades. They got the good stuff on lock! Beyond that need to go in…I also actually look forward to rolling in to get my oil changed …shooting the breeze with Dakota and the gang. Bet.”

“My mom uses quick lane for all her vehicle maintenance, and when I moved back to Libertyville I went to them as well. I cannot say enough great things about this place. They have always had availability when I have needed them and complete the work in 1 to 2 days. They call with updates and prices and don't pressure me to agree to anything. The employees are all extremely kind and friendly and explain everything to me. I just called this morning after a fender bender asking for them to check my car to make sure it was safe to drive. They immediately said I could come right in, despite not being a body shop, just to make sure I'm safe on the road.

“If you need a great auto repair business, Star Auto Authority is the place to go! I flew into Illinois to purchase a vehicle and wanted to get it checked out before driving home. This place was the only business who recognized that I needed to get in soon and Bill was able to schedule me in. They did a comprehensive check and recommended some repairs. I decided to get my brakes replaced. For a auto repair business that looked this nice, i felt that the repair quote was very reasonable and fair. They even provided a loaner so I could run some errands. The service provided was top notch. I just wished that there was a business like this in my home state.”
