“As always Colonial is amazing. I needed work done on my car and figured my week vacation was the best time to do it while I was out of country. Miguel as always gave me great customer care getting a quote set up so I could pay for the services ahead of time over the phone since I was doing an over night dropoff. While I was out of country my car was fixed and I was alerted via text of additional repairs that needed to be done. I got my car back when I came back to town and I couldt be happier. “I've had several oil changes over the last year with this Jiffy Lube location and all of my experiences have been very positive. They are quick, efficient and very professional and always go the extra mile. My vehicle requires a specific oil and Nate and the team actually went out of their way to get it for me each time. Recently, I had an engine light issue and Nate (Manager) was determined to find the source of the issue and repair the problem. After several attempts, Nate found what was causing the light to come on, quickly fixed it and in the process likely saved me $100's of dollars. I usually don't write these reviews but their service is exceptional. I gladly give them the highest star rating.”
