Went to Quest again for more lab work. As they say, three times the charm? I did contact Quest ahead of time to let them know about the horrific experience I had with one of their techs. Charna called me back and assured me that she will discuss with the tech and make sure that doesn't happen again (see my prior review). I let Charna know when I was scheduled to come in again and she made sure to let the tech know to help me (especially with small and hidden veins). My tech today was great! She said she talked to Charna and was so apologetic that I had a horrible experience last time even though it wasn't even her. She took her time to find my teeny tiny shy veins and was able to get it on the first try with a little work with no pain or bruising. Really appreciate the care and attention.

Came to drop off a specimen that doctor ordered. I did not have an appointment - but did not have to do anything but drop off. Waited 30 minutes for first person to come out and she yelled at me and and was very rude. She said she can't talk to me - the person she was working with just left for lunch. I don't know where the 2 of them were for the last half of an hour. Waited to just drop something off that didn't require an appointment. All in all I was there for almost an hour for a drop off.

Everyone should be fired from this place. 6 people are waiting in the waiting room while they are servicing 0 patients in the back. I can hear them talking about their nights out and just chatting about their days off while I’m not 30min passed my appointment time.They are “backed up” and yet absolutely no one is doing anything behind the door other than chatting about how much they hate their jobs.This will be the 4th time I’ve come here in 5 days with issues ranging from the wrong test code, systems down, schedule me at the wrong location and now this. Absolutely abhorrent service with no recourse for the consumer.Seriously fire them all. Close it down.

This lady was very rude. I asked 2 questions and she was so rude and gave me a bad attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I asked if she needed to keep the 2 sheets I brought. I felt very uncomfortable while she was drawing blood. I treated her with respect and kindness, but I didn’t receive any respect from her.

Terrible experience! Rude staff! Came for an early morning appointment and even though I was the second patient, I was taken in 30 minutes late. The electronic sign in wasn’t working, I knocked to ask how to sign in and got yelled at, because they “know” that people are waiting.

It's terrible, I came on time, there was no queue, I was called, I said I needed a TB test, and I was told that I needed a doctor's referral, this is the first time I've heard of this, when I made an appointment it was not indicated anywhere, I asked "How was I supposed to know about this?" and the woman said "Well, I'm telling you now)" with an unpleasant smile.Thank you, they told me very timely, especially when the test is needed urgently, this clinic is just a waste of time.

We went there earlier this week as a walk in. Showed up at 7:30 and were able to get in there about 8:10. Staff was great, we didn’t have an appointment so they let us know that chances were that we would have to wait a long time. We decided to stay anyway and they were able to help us very quickly. Very happy! Thank you!

Brought copy of my lab orders with two blood tests needed. They only did one. Now I have to reschedule the Drs appointment I waited three months for. They were very thorough making sure I agreed to pay if my insurance didn’t cover the test though. Gotta get that money. Incompetent idiots.

Always appear to be an hour behind. Don’t go to this location unless you have time to burn. Lady came out and indicated it’s just her working. 6 people behind!!!! So frustrating.

Terrible service! Rokita is the worst!!! Needs to be FIRED. Hopefully her supervisor Charna, will see this. I asked if something was wrong since my appointment passed & people were going ahead of me even though I had an appointment. She immediately said That I was being aggressive, even though I was seated across the room!!! What a joke!

I'm absolutely appalled by the disgraceful behavior of the staff at that facility. Their extreme rudeness and blatant incompetence were beyond belief. They subjected me to an excruciating 40-minute wait only because the lady at the front desk couldn't seem to locate my blood work order. In sheer desperation, I had to reach out to my doctor, who unequivocally confirmed that she had the order.But when I confronted the technician for assistance, she responded with an audacious claim of knowing how to find the test, even though her actions proved otherwise. Thankfully, another technician who actually knew her job came to the rescue and promptly located the report. However, it's infuriating that I had to squander my valuable 40 minutes due to the initial lady's ineptitude and complete lack of willingness to help. This was an utterly unacceptable experience that left me seething with frustration.

The grey hair "lady" technician should not be allowed around patients, especially children. She did blood draw today for my 9 year old daighter, took the biggest needle she could find and hurt my child. My daughter has s huge bump after that. I will be filing formal complaint against this technician with Quest Diagnostics. I believe her name is Elena, psycho person!

After seeing all the reviews on Yelp and Google, I was so scared to go, however, I didn't have any issues. Maybe I got lucky? I made an appointment online for 6:50am. I arrived at 6:40am and checked in at the kiosk, I was called in at 6:42am and was out of there within 5 minutes. The employees were super nice as well! Yes, it's a little difficult to find, there's literally no staff in the waiting room area which can be a little disconcerting. Once you check in at the kiosk, the employees in the backroom hear a ding so they know you're waiting. Honestly, if you don't wanna wait, just make an appointment super early, they open at 6:30am. There was no one else there when I went. On my way out, there were 2 people waiting. All in all it was easy peasy! Glad I was out of there quickly despite all the bad reviews.

Had a scheduled appointment at 8:50 am.Came at 8:30 to register on time. Got to the cabinet at 9.25.Absolutely ridiculous patients time management.In the waiting room there is a TV with pre recorded video about how great QD services areThe video is 30 seconds, but plays over and over again. I was there for an hour - imagine level of annoyance listening to it and not being taken care.Personnel is nice, but they are humans and can do so much at the time.It all Corporate fault. They keep booking appointments, and don’t have enough personnel but hungry for more money.
