It's a store owned by Walmart. What do you expect. Be prepared to check your own groceries out and do all the heavy lifting because they put very few cashiers on the registers at a time. They mainly rely on self-checkout.The clothing section is *never* clean. Good luck.

Nice people, back up your truck to the dock door, turn off the truck and give key to the clerk inside the office, And wait inside the lobby to get unloaded.

Sam's has been moving areas of items around and many of the things I would get there either are no longer there or moved. I always got a larger package of powdered sugar there...not in the baking aisle which is only half of what it was, nor was it in a small section in the bakery department where an associate directed me. Several other items were not anywhere to be found....and they were items used all the time. Not many associates around and a lot of the customers were asking each other, or wandering aimlessly. Very disappointed this trip... perhaps it will improve in the coming months.

A quick in & out today.Enjoyed an elderly accordian playing gentleman dressed in lederhosen playing lively tunes as he walked a circuit around the store.

Wasn't expecting much, but the service level was really high! A weekend employee (Maryanne) went out of her way to help us find an item in the maze! Also, amazing price ($8) on quality clothing that I'd expect to sell over $20. Impressed with self checkout -- many lanes of high tech, moves as fast as you can move.

Store is very clean and organized well. Lots of good deals for bulk purchases. They carry a lot of great brands. There are even super sale items at a bigger discount than normal.

I love sams club except for one thing!! Over half the cash registers are now self serve!! After you scan and pay you must go to ther person who must scan your receipt. Now, previously they scanned your receipt and count your items. Now they scan your receipt and literally all the items you purchased. I understand there is some shrinkage but now it takes longer and I have to wait in line just to exit the store... frustrating!!

Very well kept and clean. Easy to navigate myself throughout the store. I went on a weekday, so it was an easy go in and out. During the weekend it does get busier, but I always choose to come to this location no matter what. Employees are friendly haven't had a problem yet.

The safest Covid19 shopping experience at a warehouse. their scan and go app is Amazing and now I can also use it to pay at the gas pump. Sam's, your technology team has done a great job!
