I went to Sephora to look around with my mother. I was very happy with my experience. One of the managers, JoAnna Marie was very helpful and very interested in what I was looking for. The skin scan was super cool too. The area is beautiful too.

Loyal customer at this location for years since it’s basically the only one near by…loved everyone there but not returning to this location. Horrible, rude, unprofessional new “manager” - most likely an untrained key holder…insinuated very loudly that I was doing something sketchy with my payment and clocked an attitude real quick when I asked “I don’t understand..” and she replied very loudly with something along the lines of “you’re getting what you want you shouldn’t have an attitude ” and continued making it sound to the poor associate she was “helping” at the register that I was being slick and pulling one over her.. Ive been a rouge member and have spent thousands of dollars at that location a year. It was so embarrassing being made to feel like a thief infront of a full store and long line of customers when I was doing nothing wrong. Disgusting and ratchet behavior. I was in retail management for 5 years and I was at first trying to suggest what I think the cause of my issue was but they kept repeating “we can’t keep doing these over rides for you” - B I have never in my life asked for an override anywhere… terrible. And I will be reporting to corporate. I have time today, child.

This is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. Nobody ever says hi to you or even looks at you. There’s a girl there who I know for sure is a manager or lead. She walked up to the front of the store, looked at me and just turned around. There’s no sense of customer service at all. People kept walking past me and didn’t even ask if I needed help. This location gets no clientele, and I’m sure their attitudes don’t help. I’d rather drive the extra 20-30 minutes to Schaumburg or Old Orchard.

Of course going to Sephora is like going to Target, I go in for one thing, and I walk out with 10 things I realized I needed! I went in to get the Dior concealer. Fallyn helped color match me to find my perfect shade. Furthermore, as I walked through the store, I realized there were other things I needed, and Fallyn always pointed me in the right direction. Just as I was about to check out, I stopped by the wall of mini frangrances, as I love to keep a few in my purse for all occasions. Matthew helped me find a brand new favorite, the Carolina Herrera mini in the scent Blush. I really like this store and the friendly staff!

Everyone is extremely helpful every time i go. Great customer service. The place is just so dark. Impossible to do a color match. Even with their devices. I always end up looking way darker or orange. So I don’t buy foundations here but besides that. I don’t have any issues.

It's always hard to find help. If you want a sample you get the second degree. I would like to try something before I buy it. It's not like they paying for it. Or travel to return something you didn't like. Since each Sephora is so difficult to return items, because they have to be ONLY FREE STANDING OR BOUGHT AT A KOHLS OR AT MACY'S. Why can't they stay uniform to return items. As I'm seeing the complaints all I see is " I'm sorry " please write your complaints down on email so we can forward those to appropriate site. SEPHORA is becoming a joke. I might as well go to the direct manufacturer to buy the item and I would probably get appreciated more abd discount on top of that. SEPHORA needs to find employees that want to work or like there job. Those employees will learn the hard way when they are fired.
