Zero stars (Google made me give one).
The woman behind the register had a horrible attitude. I brought my nieces in (they’re teens) to shop for back-to-school bras, and instead of being helpful, we were treated like we didn’t belong. She kept rolling her eyes at us, and nobody offered genuine assistance—whether it was because we had younger girls with us or because there were six of us, I don’t know. Either way, it was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in this store. We won’t be returning, and honestly, this experience makes me reconsider shopping the brand at all.

I had high hopes of being able to find a great bra. I was greeted immediately and measured but left on my own to find and try on bras. There were only two salespeople and they were constantly being pulled away to ring people up or help other customers. They weren’t available to check fit on the bras I tried so I was left to try to figure out if I needed a larger band or smaller cup. The display setup did not make it easy to find the size you were looking for. I spent over 30 min in the store and left empty handed. I really wanted to like the store and experience.

I was at Soma today, of coarse looking for under garments. My first salesperson was great, very attentive and very knowledgeable, but she had to go to lunch so the other coworker had to take over. What a disappointment we spend 400$ and had horrible service. I understand people have issues but being in the phone the whole damn time she was taking a care of a customer just pissed me off, I the customer ended up choosing the correct style because the employee was way to busy on her phone. Maybe this would of been a good day for her to stay home since obviously she had a major issue.

Do don’t buy underwear from here they are ripped as soon as you buy them. If you do check them before purchasing I bought underwear’s separate times and 2 of them were ripped didn’t notice until I took tag off.

Went into the store the other day to buy my girlfriend a birthday present. I have never been in here but the girl who helped me, Tori was so incredibly nice and super helpful! She got me everything I was looking for and even helped me out and sold me on a few other things.My girlfriend loved everything I got for her!
