βI always turn to this store when my 'local'er one doesn't stock an item. It doesn't have the self checkout stalls so sometimes there is a wait to finish up your shopping trip.β

βOne of my top 3 Aldi in the country. Yep, I have been to so many. I can say that. Always clean. Staff are always helpful and kind. This location has a variety of ethnic and hard to find foods. This Aldi has more of the healthy options than most.
However, it is such a great Aldi that the Aldi finds disappear quickly! Heeheeβ
βHeinen's is nostalgic and brings back great memories because I was born in the Cleveland, ohio area and lived there till I was 10. There was a Heinen's in the Cleveland suburb (Rocky River) I lived in! (Heinen's of course is based in Northeast Ohio)β

βAlways easy to shop. Occasionally relocate shelves and aisles but the people are friendly. With everything over priced these days, Aldi is the only reasonable store left.

βMy FAVORITE Jewel!!!
There are two Jewel Osco Food Stores in Lake Zurich less than a mile from each other. This one on Ela Rd & Hwy 22 has been there for a long time and is my very favorite.
Everyone is SO nice!β
βIt's a small commissary but, well stocked! They have all the basics and such that you could need! The staff is always very friendly and the store is easy to get in and out of!β

Man what a steal the portions are huge and the price is low... When you get this combo usually the food isn't very satisfying....

Paid under $20 and was surprisingly full.

Aldi rocks, customers, customer service, food selection, food quality, deals, store cleanliness and navigability, smaller aisles that are easy to discover new finds and old favorites, imported cuisine and ingredients. βI had the pleasure of shopping at Aldi in Round Lake today. Marilee was my cashier. She was fantastic! Not only was she quick, she was also exceptionally kind and friendly. She made my day brighter!β
βThis place had homemade Posole which is amazing!!! A needle in the haystack find. They also have authentic Mexico herbal tea leaves such as cola de caballo (helps with kidney stones, tract infections, etc) if you want to experience the real Mexican culture in Illinois.. here is your best chance!β
βMΓ‘s x Menos is a small Jolla in Waukegan, a Super with a wide variety of products for the Latin market with one or another, if not many Honduran delicacies starting with authentic cheese and cream.The service is excellent and the prices are excellent, plus the location is fantastic and has ample parking.β
βComing from Louisiana I have never been to an Aldi and I was soooo impressed! The store was so clean and stocked really well! The PRICES were INCREDIBLE!!!! Iβm so sad we donβt have an Aldi near me! I love this store so much we went twice during our short stay in Waukegan for our daughterβs graduation from the Navy bootcamp. If weβre ever near an Aldi again I will definitely be going!β

βWhen your in the mood for tacos, this place is the BEST around!! They keep changing the prices, now it's $2.50 each but it's well worth it. The portion size of the taco is loaded, since it's not a resturant. There are no tables & you order your tacos at the back of the store where they sell the meat. Love ? coming to this place for some Mexican tacos.β

βBest Mexican grocery store to get your meats and produce! With the exception of one cashier and the butchers who are always very friendly and welcoming, there are 2 older ladies at the front who are very unpleasant and seriously lack customer service skills!!!!β
βGrocery store with a great Latino vibe. Always good background music, clean, Wells stocked , especially the produce are is great.
The taqueria is awesome, great food deals.β

βWe avoided shopping at Lewis Fresh Market for quite a while, but once we finally gave it a try, it quickly became our favorite grocery store in the area.
The quality of their chicken and lamb is outstandingβeasily some of the best we've found, even compared to many well-known markets and specialty meat shops. While I haven't personally tried their other meat selections yet, based on the quality we've experienced so far, I'm confident they are excellent as well.
Their produce has been equally impressive. We've purchased some of the sweetest strawberries and best-tasting mangoes we've had in a long time. Everything always looks fresh, well-stocked, and carefully maintained.
What really stands out is the consistent quality throughout the store. The shopping experience is pleasant, the products are fresh, and it's clear that they take pride in what they offer. Lewis Fresh Market has exceeded our expectations, and it has become our go-to place for groceries. Highly recommended!β

When you check out this location still offers to unload the groceries on to the belt. Yes, I can do it, but if they offer, why not.
I know longer live close to a sunset, but will try to visit this location 1 or 2x a month.β
βShout out to my guy in the Meat Department, Jimmy. He's the best. Always super helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to finding just about anything in the store. Has always gone out of his way to help me. Give this man a raise/promotion/etc. Also the store is pretty good too. Usually we'll organized and the checkout is always smooth and seamless. ??β
βCan get in and out fairly quickly, sometimes the check out lines are long.
They have excellent prices on lunch meat and cheeses from the deli when on sale.β

βLove Aldi's - good prices, good quality - hard to beat. Only downside is there are some items they don't carry but small price to pay for all the items they do carry. The meat selection, while limited has proved to be good quality and great prices.β
