Waited 20 minutes just to be told to call a number. No effort of providing information aside from just the phone number. Ozzie literally said he doesn't know anything. Complete waste of company resources to have a brick and mortar store if its sole purpose is to just call a number.

They did a bad customer support with my T mobile router which cost me $250. They have no experience how to handle the T mobile wireless router.

Didn't like girl who was helping my mother and I was very rude and didn't want to do her job made sure to let it be knowing. That we were annoying her for sure then she made a rude and snotty remark then I got rude back. Not be going to that location actually had it with TMobile looking for different service company they changed been with them for 18yrs since they started.

We were Verizon customers for the past 20+ years and we decided to switched to T Mobile because of their excellent customer service. We want to give a special Thank You to Roman and Elena for taking their time in explaining everything to us in detail. They really made us feel like valued customers and we are so glad we came over to T Mobile!

Had a wonderful experience! Wes was super helpful and friendly. He was able to get back my photos that I thought I lost forever. My boyfriend just joined t mobile and we had another good experience!!

One T-mobile store at 850 Milwaukee Ave #104 Vernon Hills, IL gave very poor service. They could not resolve the issue with why T-mobile SIM card was not working and blamed it on the non T-mobile phone device. They Did NOT even call the company Technical Support Line. And told us to buy a new phone.Later on same day, we went to a different T-mobile store at 1140 W.Maple Mundelein IL. The store manager Aaron C. tried and then had to call T-Mobile Technical Support who helped fix the problem. The SIM card is working fine now!

they failed to do the screen cover properly they got fingerprints all over it coworker had to go over and show him how to do it properly and nobody ever even asked me permission to touch the screen cover or my tablet in the first place he just opened my items I had purchased . This is how it looked when I open box when I got home .He also chose to throw away all the screen protector packaging and didn’t even give me a cloth so I could clean his fingerprints off myself at least . I had to ask for another one and the one he gave me is a smaller piece of fabric . I wish they communicated more as they did the process

Román helped me pick my car charger. He saw I was in a rush and got me out of there in 5 mins. I been to 2 other team mobiles stores and they didn’t know or care to help me. This was A+, thank you Roman for being Awesome!
