People are not helpful when we came to the store. This is the first time I’ve experienced such bad experience at Ulta. They have a lot of people working there with no customer service etiquette. It’s frustrating as a customer to experience this.

I got my hair done by Chrissy Rose recently and I can honestly say I’ve never been so ecstatic about a haircut before! It looks great & she was very knowledgeable and communicative about her techniques. She was also very friendly! However, I got my brows done with Joana & she might’ve been one of the RUDEST brow stylists I’ve ever met. It appeared like she didn’t know how to speak to people and would make rude & demeaning comments to things I’d say. My brows look fantastic, but her lack of people skills made me very uncomfortable and I left feeling bummed out.

One of the worst Ulta’s to visit in the area. Cashier Andrea was rude and unhelpful. While she is having conversations with coworkers across the registers and can clearly see I’m waiting in line in her line of view, I was not acknowledged nor helped until the manager told her to charge me. Then when I made it to the register, I had to be the one to greet HER as she did not and just said “put in your number”. During this, she is still talking to her coworkers as she is charging me. I’ve had previous experiences at this location with rude workers but this was really my endpoint and really made me never want to step foot in this location again.

this is my closest ulta so i do end up here often. it’s fine enough. recently went in to restock some of my regularly repurchased products and every single one was out of stock so that’s disappointing. but not necessarily the stores fault. the store is typically clean enough, and the staff is fine i guess and haven’t really had a horrible yet, but when given the choice, i don’t typically choose this location.

Emily is AMAZING !! She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find everything that I needed.. even helped me pick out some great alternatives to that ones I felt iffy about. Gratitude 10/10

We came in hoping to use the shade matching service advertised both on the store’s app and website, and while the staff member assisting us was kind and eager to help, the experience was ultimately frustrating and disappointing—entirely due to the behavior of the store’s management.
The associate spent barely 10 minutes with us and helped with just two products before being repeatedly interrupted—at least five times—by her managers, who were visibly rushing her and pressuring her to stop helping us. She kept apologizing, explaining that she was no longer allowed to assist us, despite clearly wanting to provide good service. What made this even more baffling was that the store was completely empty—we were the only customers there, so it wasn’t as though she was needed elsewhere.
It was disheartening to see how dismissive and unprofessional the management team was—not just toward us as customers, but toward their own employee. If the store doesn’t actually support offering shade matching, they shouldn’t advertise it so prominently. A sign at the entrance stating that personalized assistance is not welcomed would honestly be more transparent than what we experienced.
Overall, we left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. If this is how the store regularly treats its customers and staff, we won’t be returning.
I’d give the store 0 stars if I could. But the associate who helped us would get a 5 for trying despite having very very rude managers

You guys need to do a better job doing online customer pick ups. Please check customers ID when they pick up merchandise!! They gave my order to another person saying I picked it up when I didn’t

Really bad customer service, the person who was on shift today at this time had me waiting just standing there and decided to just chit chat with a friend instead of ringing me out and helping the other people in line I will never go back to this Ulta.

My mother was treated poorly. She had to go back 3x to change her makeup color. She is disabled and Dari wouldn’t even get a chair for her. She had to drag a chair while holding her cane. The managers, Jasmine, Jackie, Cecilia, and Jessica were all very kind but she had a horrible experience here overall.

Very racist against African American customers. I came in and wasn’t greeted at all but was followed around the store. I wasn’t asked to find anything & I also shouldn’t receive a fake smile as if they’re acknowledging that they see me but don’t engage with the customer. Also, as a makeup artist I never have any luck getting darker complexion foundation & majority of the Juvia products are never in stock. After what I experienced I didn’t want to spend my money & I will never go back.

I’ve been to this Ulta location just a few times but I had a great experience every time I was there. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Holy Moly! I am taken aback by the rudeness of the sales associates at this store. I was looking for some items I had seen Melissa on TikTok recommend when a fellow female boomer inquired about a sunscreen. She was unsure about her needs/choice and one woman stocking shelves and a cashier were so nasty. When she was told the price of her choice, she hesitated and said it wouldn’t be for her. Then proceeded to tell her she needed the drugstore aisle. No offer to help her find one suited to her budget. Just a dismissive reply and then they proceeded to act like she disappeared.
With that, I returned my item on a shelf and left. It was totally uncalled for and when eyeliners are $24, I’m NOT tolerating that BS.
I stopped going to Ulta because they never seemed to have my items in stock. I decided to give them another chance and this happened. I’m done!

Poor customer service. I went back to Ulta to return a product because it was going to expire in one month. I went to exchange the product, and the employee asked me if I wanted to go find a different product myself. I didn’t appreciate that the employee wanted me to do her job.
