The ATM machine processed my transaction then froze and would not return my card. This was during business hours 9AM hee we re I am 30 minutes later still waiting for someone to show up to open the branch. No notice of closure. Horrible never use this branch

I bank at a different establishment, but tried to get money out of their atm. Everything went great until dispensing my money. An error occurred and they did not complete my transaction. They said my account won't be charged. Then later seen on my statement they charged me a transaction fee. Multiple that by 50 people and they just made a hefty profit from their atm error. Apparently they are satisfied with their performance. People have complained based on your rating, but they seem not to acknowledge or care. Smh

I was at this branch to open a new account this morning. The lady at the counter could barely communicate in English and somehow managed to told me that their system is not available to open new account and instead asked me to make an appointment. I seriously doubt if this lady even knows how to work a terminal or provide any assistance with simplest task of opening a new account. Not sure if US Bank is unable to find people who can fluently communicate in English.A very useless branch. Don’t waste your time going to this branch.On second note…. Has USBank systems become so unreliable that it can’t even keep its customer centric IT systems operational that are meant to convert prospects to customers, or their employees are just getting dump and dumber by day.

It was a very good experience ,We came in to open a business account as we are a small business that's trying to grow the Manager helped us out so much. We were able to open up a business account and a line of credit as well as a merchant service. something almost every other bank deny us on. We are very thankful and happy with us bank and the Amazing manager and staff.H Services Electrical

Deceiving practices. Applied to refinance a loan. Received approval over the internet with a follow up call form this branch. Discussed all terms over the phone. Scheduled an appointment. On arrival was notified that the rate discussed will only apply if I open a checking account there. Otherwise the rate will be higher. Not a good practice and not a way to earn business and customers. Will refinance thru different bank and will stay away from US Bank.

Came to make a deposit. Waited in line at drive through. Only one person serving whole line. At 3:59 it was my turn and was told I would have to make a night deposit. A line of very annoyed customers left the drive through.

Do not consider this bank. The fees they come up with for any and all transactions are ridiculous. They've taken our son's last three paychecks to cover these "fees". Even if they automatically decline a transaction they will charge a fee to decline it. On top of that, they are incredibly rude to deal with and give no advice on how to rectify the fees they've imposed. Mike Petersen, the assistant branch manager,was late for our meeting because he was arguing with another customer over a fee to cash her cashiers check, even though she had an account there. At the same time he was waiting on people coming through the drive through lane. There are so many banks in the area that have much better customer service without the bogus "fees".

US Bank corporate and branch system was down about a month ago. I inquired over drafts fees because of this. The branch took my phone number down, was told that the branch manager would call me back and take a look into my fees. I have probably followed up on this about 4-5x on the matter. Have yet to get a call back. Ridiculous, I will be closing this acct and sticking with Chase.

extremely poor atm location can cause extended waits. Several times I have been unable to get the cash requested for withdrawal because “they are lowâ€. Also, like many chain banks, they can no longer accept unrolled coins.

Bad! Appointed the apothecant at 4:30! I expected 30 minutes, as a result, at 5:00 I apologized and postponed the reception the next day! Irresponsible!
