I was at this branch today to change my address and redirect all my mail to a new address. Very responsive employee. He helped, advised, explained everything, since this was my first time dealing with this, I was satisfied 🤗👌

The staff is professional, efficient, and polite.
They handled my request quickly.
A lot of the negative reviews are possibly because people don't anticipate the number of people that need to be serviced, which can result in wait times.

One person and they could not find a piece of mail for a customer…so we
All waited 15 min. At least it was service with a smile.
