This is the worst post office! The staff member ( a woman) I worked with was rude and inconsiderate to my situation.I would give zero stars if it was an option. Some how a manage to keep my composure and I figured things out myself. I got in line again and fortunately her coworker a young man help me this time. He was very patient and helpful. Other than that I felt discriminated and belittle because other customers after me she was treating them some what better with the same situation I had. Its very disappointing that my local usp office its a disaster.

all the tax dollars that we pay and the United States Postal Service does not have a printer for citizens to be able to print a shipping label to ship packages. They send you off to a different place to print it and then you have to bring the shipping label back printed. Preposterous

To all the people reading this if I could I would give this a 0 star,
I’m writing to file a serious complaint regarding the completely unacceptable behavior of an employee at your passport office. What my mother and I experienced was beyond unprofessional — it was demeaning, discriminatory, and deliberately obstructive.
From the moment we interacted with this man, he treated us as if we were beneath him. He spoke down to us, mocked us, and acted like we didn’t deserve basic human respect. This wasn’t just one bad encounter — this individual mistreated us repeatedly, more than five times, with the same cold, arrogant, and rude attitude. It felt personal, like he went out of his way to make our experience as difficult and humiliating as possible.
What’s worse is that his behavior was childish and bizarre. He muttered to himself constantly, like some kind of cartoon villain, rather than a government employee tasked with helping the public. Instead of giving us clear, professional guidance, he kept repeating false claims — saying we needed to bring a driver’s license, even though it clearly wasn’t required for our situation. No matter how many times we clarified or asked questions, he refused to listen or cooperate.
He also gave us blatantly false information. He told us he wouldn’t be working the next day and that there would be no appointments — then contradicted himself by telling us to come in the next day anyway. So what were we supposed to do — show up and speak to a ghost? It felt like he was intentionally trying to waste our time and confuse us just for his own amusement.
And here’s where it gets even worse — the comments he made were racially insensitive and disgusting. It was clear that he was treating us differently because of our background. His words and tone were offensive and degrading. It honestly seemed like he was trying to provoke my mom into yelling just so he could escalate the situation — a sick, manipulative tactic that has no place in any workplace, let alone a public service office.
This man is not just bad at his job — he is actively harmful to the people he’s supposed to serve. He shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all, let alone in a role as important as passport processing. He was aggressive, dishonest, and downright discriminatory. The fact that he’s allowed to treat people this way is outrageous.
I’m demanding that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that serious action is taken. I want confirmation that this complaint has been received and is being reviewed. If needed, I can provide dates, descriptions, and any additional information required.
We deserve better than this. Everyone does.
Sincerely,
Me and my mom

Terrible post office. Two times I came here today and last week. First the tall guy with gray hair he was with a rude tone told me like if you want a package send faster you should do things better next time. No offer to help or tell me options. Now an older guy I ask for something to close an envelope and he told no I don’t have anything. Is a post office they must have something. Anyways the service here is really bad. I understand everybody goes through hard days but come on people is just simple questions and I was asking nicely. He told me like once you come back. So to close an envelope I need to go home and come back that’s ridiculous.

I was at this branch today to change my address and redirect all my mail to a new address. Very responsive employee. He helped, advised, explained everything, since this was my first time dealing with this, I was satisfied 🤗👌

The staff is professional, efficient, and polite.
They handled my request quickly.
A lot of the negative reviews are possibly because people don't anticipate the number of people that need to be serviced, which can result in wait times.

Update! This post office recently has been an absolute mess. I’ve been missing important mail—car titles were returned, I never received my driver’s license, and somehow I keep getting other people’s wedding invitations and mail! It’s like they’re just guessing where things go. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to track down my missing mail, but no one ever answers or calls back. Zero accountability. It’s beyond frustrating—they’re just not doing their job, and I’m the one paying the price for their negligence. It’s clear that this situation requires attention and will likely escalate to higher authorities!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment on 03/14 to try and get a passport for my son and I. The lady, who’s name I unfortunately do not know, had him sit in a stool by himself and wanted me to stand behind her to take photos. My son is 15 months old so I expressed my concern of him sitting by himself but she kept insisting I stand behind her. Well my son fell and hit his head. He passed out minutes after, but thankfully urgent care was right down the street. 4 hours and a hospital visit later, and he is okay. The manager SEAN allegedly made a report, but today is 04/01 and I have YET to be contacted by the supposed claims coordinator KELLY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE FOR THEIR PHOTOS!!! Never once was I offered an apology by staff and only afterwards did this female employee inform me that the “facility is not equipped to take pictures of young children”. Weeks later I’m still livid about this situation.

We were either lied to about passport services when we called, or the woman at this post office was too lazy to help us, even though we were THE ONLY customers there.
