“best store ever!! i always find super cute trending items to decorate my room or to gift. The employees are always so kind helping me check out and telling me where to find things around the store. New favorite 5below, will be back on pay day”
“Went last min, 7min prior to closing time. Greeted normally while entering and at closing we were approached by someone who explained that we can make our last purchases comfortably since we were already in the store. No rushing, so professional, we wanted to leave this review directly for him but we didn’t get his name. We appreciated his approach as he did this with everyone in the store but very kind man. We respected their time and left quickly after but we appreciate how calmly he explained and approached everyone.”
“We had such an amazing experience at the Five Below in Kildeer! Amelia and Daniel went above and beyond for my daughter on her birthday. They took extra time to make her feel special, even opening Petite Heads with her right at the counter. When Daniel noticed she’d gotten a duplicate, he traded one of his own with her—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made her whole day.
Their kindness and genuine care turned a simple shopping trip into a birthday memory she’ll never forget. Because of them, this is the only Five Below we’ll be shopping at from now on. Huge thank you to Amelia and Daniel! ?”
“Love this place. The manager is so sweet and always helping me out, along with with the other employees. Only bummer I had was the helium balloons that deflated after 6 hours. But that's nothing compared to the fun items and deals we find.”
“I brought my students today for a community trip. The store was very clean and super organized. We had lots of great products to choose from! The staff were welcoming, helpful, patient, and kind. We will definitely come back!”
“No screaming kids running around and stuff everywhere, thank you for keeping it this clean and organized. It gave me a chance to look around and get what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.”
