About Vernon Hills Athletic Complex
The Vernon Hills Athletic Complex is a massive, beautiful facility with extremely well-maintained and well-outfitted fields. It features covered dugouts, lights, a lightning detection system, restrooms, and a covered pavilion. The area is large, pedestrian and bike friendly, and offers plenty of parking and security. It is a fantastic community amenity and a great spot to walk. Some note that parking can be a bit of a nightmare or underserved for large events, alongside a lack of shade and concessions. During rainy seasons, games are sometimes cancelled to protect the fields, which are highly valued.
Very nice, huge baseball, lacrosse, soccer facility. Could be daunting if you are not familiar with where your team is playing. Huge parking areas including high school fields and parking. Seating is limited. Bring your lawn chair.

Very nice layout. Some baseball fields look nicer than others. Could use more or larger bleachers.

Greatest sports complex in history. Has everything; free food, good turf, baseball fields, soccer fields, and just absolutely beautiful views during sunset time.
