Wonderful Doctor and staff. Never felt rushed. Staff accommodated my traffic difficulties with a later appointment later that day. Very professional and helpful.

The worst customer service ever.They do not know what to do. Confused with their roles.The lady at the front table was asking many other co workers how to proceed with the paperwork and that’s how we missed our appointment time.Then they were asking to reschedule the appointment the next day because of their fault.Pathetic!

Dr. Avary was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. However, the front desk girl's attitude was bad and rude, lacking professionalism and basic manners. If not for the positive experience with the doctor, I would have given the place a rating of 1.

Friendly staff, attentive eye exam, and then you HAVE TO buy glasses or face the swing of attitude and signing multiple indemnities to get yourself out of their "custody". This modus operandi took me off guard and the levels of intimidation would sway a less traveled customer. Disgusting attitude, will NEVER GO BACK!

I purchased a pair of frames here about nine months ago, and the coating on the earpieces has corroded and I can’t wear them because it causes a bad reaction to my skin. I went in to see if they could help me with these defective frames and they told me the glasses were almost a year old and there’s nothing they could do. They refused to even try to contact the manufacture to see if they would replace these defective frames. Eyeglass frames should last several years and this defect is unacceptable.

The customer service is pathetic. The lady at reception was slouching. She was not polite and was behaving as if she is my customer. Will never recommend this place and never come again.

I just recommend that the lady up front could smile a little bit, and be a little more friendly. Other than that, it was great.

Front desk is rude. I wasn't sure about insurance or if, paying cash and it's discounted from purchase but, it didn't get that far. The front desk person showed that I was disturbing her quiet time so, I turned around and went home.

Pretty quick in-and-out for my Saturday morning annual vision exam. Front desk tech and doctor got me through the process smoothly. They were already quite busy that morning, mostly parents with back to school bound kiddos getting glasses. Parking lot is a bit hectic because of being located near many big box retailers in that corner of the court. For a retail vision center, Visionworks is pretty hard to beat IMO.

I've used them in the past and put up with their attitude but I couldn't anymore after today. When I called in to schedule an appointment and confirm my insurance is covered the lady that answered was very disrespectful, she talked to me like she didn't want to be there and was passive aggressive. I pulled up their reviews on the phone and noticed they are terrible and wasn't surprised. I hung up on this crazy person on the other end of the line and scheduled an appointment with Accuvision instead.

Technician was not full trained for retinal imaging. She did not explain any to customer just repeat shoot air to my eye until she satisfied. Seems did not care customer's eyes. So, Pictures were shows dark and cloudy on Dr's computer. Dr. said that it is OK.Floor employee were not ready service to customer. Their just talking each other. I just went "Women" section myself and choose frames myself and bring it to their desk then she calculate and give me price. I did not order glasses due to price was so high. I never go again this store.
